Maybe I was trying to drag their names in the dirt? They've have drug my name, career, family in the dirt the last 1.5 years. Maybe I was trying to gain public awareness? The "system fairness" wasn't there, nor was it ever going to be. The government had two complaining witnesses (girls) who both lied saying they never banged me, then the next day one girl said I sexually assaulted her and the other one said I sexually harassed her. They also had a witness who was former friend, who fucked both of them too, claim I raped both of them and I said a bunch of stuff I never did, then tried to testify against me in court to hide the fact he committed adultery and had unprofessional relationships as well. So the government turned a blind eye to girls making false official statements, all three of them committed adultery. Yet I'm the one who's held to the letter of the law? Nah, it's all or none, not some. I then had careerist pussy Commanders who really didn't care about fairness, clemency, and actually holding people accountable. They were too concerned with how horrible it would look for their careers (i.e. fired) if they charged "victims" for their collateral misconduct or gave me any clemency. Thr Air Force doesn't give a shit about me or my family or if I can pay rent on the first. Why would I care about them? Surely if these girls, former friend, and leadership did no wrong and did everything right, they would be more than happy to have an internal review of their actions. These assholes always love controlling information, much like a dictatorship. They HATE their dirty laundry made public. I took their control over the information away from them, now they're freaking out, only because it could possibly affect their careers, they don't care about anyone else. Ar the end of the day I fucked up and paid more than my fair share of the price. I'm not asking for my job back, or doing the "man I'm innocent, this is bullshit" whine because it's wrong and not true. But everyone is accountable for their actions and someone needs to stand up for this sexual assault witch hunt the DoD is currently doing.

Spend your reserve days building a plane that you then get to fly. That's my plan. Tailwheel, doors off, 500 feet, relatively slow, basic panel, flying in and out of grass strips...that's real flying anyway.

Fairchild legal apparently is trying to accuse my ADC of giving me unteracted copies of evidence via discovery. Legal are the people who gave me the evidence 16 Jun 16 literally right after my Sq/CC charged me. They hand receipted it me. Then legal claimed I posted a bunch of privacy information online. However they can show what information I posted that violated privacy. They're upset they were so quick to give me the boot they didn't realize they lost jurisdiction of me the day before I sent the email.

Hmmm.... I must have been doing something terribly wrong in the T-38. I usually took off with less than 1.5 hours of fuel on board. My landings did adhere to the Golden 12 Minute Rule, however.

I was told that the pension only gets a 1% per year increase that DOES NOT cover inflation. Where can we all go look to see what the answer is? Additionally, I have no faith in the Air Force or Congress protecting military benefits. I bet if you go talk to some of the retirees on base who are in tan coveralls and Vietnam Veteran hats they'll tell you that they were promised free health insurance for life after they retired. How'd that one turn out? Based off of recent actions and discussions by Congress I would bet a lot that they are going to continue to target military compensation and veterans benefits. This was a huge factor in my decisioning making to pull the handles. I just don't trust the government and have to assume that things are only going to get worse.

While I'm a bit disappointed to see the growing trend of monetizing the guard application process, bogidope's job listings are more comprehensive than afpilotjobs'. And last time I checked the bogidope site, the job listing page is free (not the fancy map, but the basic list). I got interviewed by a unit I never would have known was even having a board due to bogidope, as it wasn't listed on afpilotjobs. (I do not pay a subscription to bogidope)

Regardless of the legality, posting the OSI interview videos went too far IMHO. If your intent was to highlight your accuser's inconsistent statements to those in a position to do something about it, then why post the interview videos in a public forum? You've gained the public's awareness simply by posting your story, but posting the OSI videos makes it look like you're trying to get revenge by dragging their names through the dirt.

I always thought the Air Force was the one place where equality and fairness actually meant something. Boy was I wrong. I knew this all along after I sat in on my first court martial. I thought if the kid who was being court martialed had a REAL lawyer he would walk free. If your defense counsel breaks out a PowerPoint presentation you should fire him/her or expect to be found guilty period. I told the Lt Col for JAG I will not be apart of another court martial due to the AF being just as biased as the civilian court system. He told me the WG/CC really wanted me on the board.
