I'll gladly take some good old boys taking liberties when it's clear and a million over a disinterested CGO flying over the Potomac killing 63.

Brabdawg in the hizzouse! The conventional military might of Iran for the last four decades - besides a few days of this conflict - has been countered by a couple formations of fighters, a few patriots, and the iron dome. I bet you’d argue the Houthis are a regional power because they can launch ballistic missiles. Also are you a cool guy with a security clearance 😎?

This seems a bit overzealous - https://www.regulations.gov/document/OPM-2025-0206-0049?ftag=MSF0951a18 The meat - "OPM is collecting service use and cost data from FEHB and PSHB Carriers, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, encounter data, and provider data. This data will enable OPM to oversee health benefits programs and ensure they provide competitive, quality, and affordable plans. OPM requires Carriers to report necessary information and permit audits and examinations to manage the FEHB Program effectively. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule permits covered entities, including carriers, to disclose protected health information (PHI), including service use and cost data, to health oversight agencies, such as OPM, for oversight activities authorized under 45 CFR 165.512(d)(1)." I'd rather not give (if I was a GS) OPM my pharmacy claims, encounter and provider data. What the fuck does my docs notes have to do with "competitive, quality and affordable plans."

Do you mean like what the Brits had? Or did we actually test an adapter to the UARRSI to allow probe and drogue? - The Iran thread
