Another phenomena is sending retarded pilots who are terrible at flying, but great at being an exec and other worthless qualities, to a PHOENIX program to crossflow to another AMC MDS. When they found out it was his gun it all went away...the worst part...the person that found his gun was his Command Chief who helped cover it up...integrity in all we do and such. Someone on this forum has very detailed info as he was in the middle of it...I won't out him but he has shared details in private. Cat 5 is a waste of oxygen and it one of the biggest failures of the Air Force that he was promoted, continues to serve, AND leads the next generation of sycophants that will graduate from USAFA.
