Guys... First rule of not falling for internet nonsense. Always ask why the camera was rolling recording in the first place, and who was doing the recording. Within the first 3 seconds of the video there are onlookers shouting, a horn blaring, and a vehicle accelerating into another vehicle. Whatever led up to this video, it wasn't just a woman driving to work when an ice vehicle just smashed into her car and arrested her. Also, am I the only person who would just get out of the car if a mini SWAT team surrounded my vehicle?

From my memory the IPT locations are: Texas, Pensacola, Arizona, UND, & Atlanta It’s suppose to take around 5 months I believe based on one of my buddies who just went through. As far as the assignments and etc, within a month based on what people who’ve gotten selected before me experienced.

Volley of questions here. I know this has been said before, but what are the known IPT locations? How long is it supposed to take? Where/when can we expect to see assignments / RNLTDs loaded?

I’ve done (forced) cop-led active shooter drills with everyone using their M9 (and pointing at each other per instructor direction). Yes they were 2-person checked unloaded, but I still felt it was a dumb idea. We’re not talking highly trained shooters, we’re talking mostly run-of-the-mill shoe clerks. Only two of us in the group had firearms experience beyond basic AF training.

The video is pretty disturbing, although it would be nice to know what happened in the 6-9 seconds before the video started. It appears to be an absurd amount of force being used. Do all the agents really need their guns drawn? Unless she was suspected of some violent crime, then these guys should be retrained in the proper use of force. Police, to include ICE, FBI, ATF, etc, need to understand that they are public servants, just like the military. Any policeman that is so scared that he feels like he needs to be the 5th guy to draw a gun on a small single female is in the wrong line of work. That being said, if she was actually the one instigating and either hit or positioned her vehicle to impede the operation (again, previous 6-9 seconds would be nice to see), then their actions would be a little more justified. I'm guessing that the truth is somewhere in the middle as it usually is. If ICE was entirely at fault, there would be dozens of lawyers lined up at her door. She probably either hit the van or was being aggressive with her vehicle and the ICE leadership likely realized that they used excessive force so they didn't pursue charges. But given the district that the events occurred in, it is entirely possible that the DA dropped the charges for political purposes even if she was 100% at fault.

That’s been a common issue with the Android app. Embedded YouTube links usually don’t render due to how the app handles iframe content. Watching through the browser fixes it for now. The crash when switching tabs is likely from a cache bug, clearing the app data helps until they release an update.

That’s a known issue with the mobile app. The images don’t render correctly when uploaded through certain browsers or older app versions. Try viewing the same thread in Safari or Chrome instead of the app—it usually loads fine there until they patch it.

Ran into this situation during our PCS. The housing office mostly cared about whether the letter came from a real provider who actually evaluated the case. I went through Wellness Wag because they did the clinical review part without the long wait. After that, they asked for a behavior check. If your dog is laid back, that usually goes smoother in person than on the form. Changing the listed breed rarely works. Showing the dog is safe and trainable works better.

Yeah, it happens when the admin forgets to renew the SSL certificate. It usually gets fixed once they update it through their hosting or certificate provider. If you still see warnings, clearing the browser cache or waiting a day after renewal helps too.

There isn’t a true “mute” option for users here. The best you can do is use the ignore feature in your account settings. It hides posts and messages from specific users, but you’ll still see their quoted replies in other posts. Not perfect, but it helps clean up threads a bit.

Yeah, it’s been rough lately. The ads stack on top of each other and slow everything down. I started using an ad blocker just to make the forum usable again. Makes a huge difference if you haven’t tried it yet.

Here's a funny. I don't think I could fool anyone I'm a bot but I asked Chat GPT the other day a random question about the B-21. I have no insight and I'm certainly not wanting anyone to reveal anything they shouldn't but when I asked it how many LRSOs could be loaded on a B-21 it calculated just over 6 (of course you can't load a partial missile) based on open-source information and some assumptions base on known dimensions of the things like the ALCM etc. How accurate the calculation turns out to be remains to be seen.
