KC-135 down in Iraq
Just last week I told some friends that my godson was being sent to the region but since he was flying -135s there wasn’t too much risk. He wasn’t involved, but this tragic accident starkly reminded me that flying airplanes always involves risk. Them…Them. Prayers for their families and their squadron mates.

Not to take away from the fact that he's a old man, but the shoes like that are pretty in style right now with suits.

Reasons to despise cops
This is why we need to bring back some Old Testament laws; particularly the one where if you falsely accuse someone then your punishment is what their punishment would have been if convicted. Send both these cops to prison on felony drug charges, see how well they do there.

The Iran thread
THIS! Unfortunately, the 10 percent is what the public sees and forms their opinion. People see gas prices and not much else. Taking out Iran's oil industry is really the only option at this point. Turn off their cash flow. Even if they hit their Gulf neighbors they'll watch as everyone else rebuilds and restart production while they sit on the sideline. They will run out of missiles and I'm sure most if not all of their manufacturing capability is a pile of smoking rubble at this point. On a side note, harsh sanctions against Japan in the 40s pushed them to attack Pearl Harbor and we all know how that movie went. They also had no hope of competing logistically with the US and after 1942 more and more of their assets were the start of artificial reefs with no way to replace them. History repeats.

KC-135 down in Iraq
WSJ is unclear about the last 2 crew members, reporting 4 killed, holding out hope for the last two. Good job by the other crew getting that bird back on the ground.
