  4. Mayorkas deserves the book thrown at him. Biden was braindead but Mayorkas knew without a doubt the treason he was committing on the border. Try him and hang him!

  7. Solid points, love the priorities. Enjoy life away from the city bullshit! If you don’t have to carry a gun for wildlife protection on your own property, are you really even living?!

  8. I completely understand what you two are saying. It would be roughly $3,000/mo to purchase the adjacent property. It's within the budget. But I'm at a point where my priorities are changing. I don't want to work full-time anymore, I'd like to split my time between San Diego and N CA. Time is the only thing we can't make more of. If I can put that extra $3,000/mo towards the property I purchased, along with a couple decent big principal payments I can have it paid off in about five years and go fully part-time. My daughter is seven and son is two and I want to spend more time with my family while I have time and while they're young. I'll never get that back. I don't think there is any chance of there being a "neighborhood" around there. We have no mailboxes, no delivery options, no infrastructure for electricity or plumbing. Everything is completely off-grid up there and there is no industry, so little chance or development. Plus, I don't think many people want to live with bears on your back porch! Buying it would mean my chance of going part-time moves from a five year plan to 15+ which means I won't get to spend much time up there... Maybe I'll stop and pick up a few lottery tickets on the way to work this morning. Or just sell my home in San Diego.

  9. The US manufacturer will immediately sue them and say they need to develop something in house that works half as well and costs 3 times as much. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. The swamp is deep, that list would have destroyed both sides. It really sucks they are going to get away with it.

  11. Spot on. It is interesting to consider what would happen if a right wing third party popped up in our system. As powerful as Elon is, I don’t think he would get the support he is anticipating. Republicans aren’t pulling chocks from camp Trump and the radical wing of the Democratic Party was just burning up Teslas and calling him a Nazi, all while being supported by some in democratic leadership. What’s easier to see playing out is the democrat party continuing to spiral into fractured irrelevance. By every measure, the Democrat party is utterly failing. Hundreds of thousands of people are fleeing or have fled from blue states to red, the party is polling positively in the low twenties, they’re losing in court on nearly every issue, something like 90-95% of counties in the country shifted right during the last election, donations to the DNC are drying up, more and more prominent people are switching party affiliation, Trump won all 7 swing states, the Joy Reids of the world are getting fired and the legacy media is on life support, etc. My point is, I can see the Democratic Party splitting (it may have already) before the Republican Party. I truly believe that the vast vast majority of Americans are done with the radical, irrational and crazy social experiments that the democrats represent. That is all they have left and instead of reading the room, they double down. I’m genuinely interested to see how this plays out. We can’t have one party rule in this country. We need two healthy parties to balance power. I hope the democrats can figure their problems out and rebuild into something more moderate.
