I am a total space geek and have been reading up on the upcoming mission back to the moon. There is some SERIOUS turmoil in the community over the decisions that have been made. The orbital mechanics are VERY different and is many ways, more risky mainly because the ARTEMIS does not have enough thrust (Delta V), to conduct the mission the same way as Apollo using a low lunar orbit. Here's my bike...I took the picture during a great ride to the Wichita Mountains in OK: (2006 Kawasaki Ninja 650R) Riding to work is great, and I even agree with the USAF's demands about protective gear. I always dress for the ride with the required helmet, boots, and gloves...and I wear a leather jacket 99% of the time. My only complaint is getting on base. Lately, the guards have been insisting that they get to "hold" my ID instead of just look at it. The MP3 player I've had for 5+years (Creative Labs) has been dropped one too many times during a couple trips to the desert/PCS's and is on it's last leg. I've been looking at some 80G hard drive based players and have narrowed down to the 5th Gen IPod and the 2nd Gen Zune. I have about 20G of music right meow, and music is the primary focus with 2nd focus video's, and all the other stuff 3rd. I'm putting together a DVD for my UPT class, with our videos and stuff. Part of the project is a menu that you can click through the class roster and see a bio/assignment for everyone. Now the proper music is essential. (I feel like I'm stuck in the final scene of High Fidelity) I need something that kinda represents the airframe/mission/assignment (location). I just need a clip of a song, 15 - 20 seconds. Can be serious/not serious. Some are easy, such as using stereotypical Hawaiian music for the C-17 to Hickam.
