AD Pilot to CSO or USN NFO
Pair of truly bizarre questions: could I go to: UCT as an AD 11x? (I get the "why the hell would you" is another matter) I'd guess most of the "well over 30s" in UCT are guard/reserve types like UPT. Is there: a.) a path b.) no path because no one has tried, or c.) no path because there isn't supposed to be one or could i go to: The Navy to be an NFO if I'm already a rated USAF pilot? I know their max age is 26 waiver-able up to additional 48 months for those in the military (I'm older than that). It's not a 1:1 change, pilot to pilot, so i would need their version of UCT correct? probably just have to keep being a pilot right? Thanks!

An Early Look At My Chances
They won't care about that bouncing around, at least not like you did. In and out of college maybe, but it's whole person concept. You're probably a good candidate to interview with all you've done so far. Go to BMT/Tech School, be a good troop in your shop, finish you degree and keep flying if you can. You truly shouldn't have trouble getting interviews. Hack all those beans and get ready to start interviewing.

"but the H said I had 7100!" AL and FRed determine that was a lie.

dual system failure is pretty unlikely unless it was a catastrophic pdu or adg failure and even the you'd have the epu pump

Airlift vs. Refueling
**not a -17 pilot** your experience will vary based on whether or not your base/squadron flies airland or airdrop

What's wrong with the Air Force?
as a former fighter crew chief who attempted the first method, for me at least, ops check bad, recommend the latter.

Big wing ISR, C2 recapitalization
6x E-7 squadrons, with less tails to each, at more bases. Hill (or Travis), Langley (or McGuire), Lakenheath, Elmo, Kadena, and Tinker (w/depot). Real defensive suite. Maybe make it a white jet tour.

NAS Pensacola information
This thread seems like it's mostly for nav studs, but would any 11x types want to weight in about life/flying there. Very curious to hear if it's a viable option for a second assignment or if it's a hard gig to get. Seems like decent living if you enjoy riparian activities (fishing, diving, surfing); flying can't be too bad with no student pilots right? Heard the T-1 pilots are mostly civilians, but the T-6 instructors are all mil, that correct?
