  1. Not if the IP was a former -37 guy. They lost one at Randolf with two very experienced IP's on it for this reason. T-37 flap lever = T-6 throttle cutoff

How is that even legal? So now WG/CC's can make up dress and appearance regs?
  3. No bet. I am willing wager that Charlie Sheen will be the next Keith Richards or Ozzy Osbourne. He is going to live to be like 98 years old and nothing will ever stop him.
  4. Bloody decent of them.

I threw it on there and then forgot to take it off before my TDY enroute. So now I'm stuck at Altus with the wrong stock on it since my M4 stock is in long term storage. But not all is lost since I am saving a little more money and buying a Mk12 Mod 0 upper probably while I am still here. But the handguard would be in FDE not carbon fiber.

  7. Exactly. I've been saying that for years. Anyone know what the procurement rate is going to be? It's going to take a loooooooong time if it is only 15 a year.

Or you can buy a real AR (5.56) and just drop in a .22LR bcg and have two guns in one! https://www.botachtactical.com/cmar22lrcoki.html
  10. Leave and next time they want us back they foot the bill.

Mailman made a delivery: Aimpoint M2 with Larue Mount, FDE rubber cover, and len's covers with integral ARD. Can't wait to throw it on my AR and zero her in.

That sucks to hear. Hope those guys can get picked up with BA or something and take advantage of all the free flight training.
  13. I was trying to figure out what the hell that badge was. Figured it was some weird foreign jump wings and he had them in the wrong spot...but damn...that's even more embarrassing. Someone needs to jack that guy in the nuts repeatedly.
  14. I am honestly not surprised at the stupidity of the USAF. Can you refuse to sign off on an getting issued a weapon? Honestly I'd like to think I would flat out refuse a pistol without ammo. At that point it isn't a weapon, so why would I sign off that I was issued one?
  15. Haha and they forgot to turn on Fergie's mic for about the first 15 seconds including a little bit of her solo. What a shit show. But she does look pretty damn good.
  16. And the Polish...well usually how Germany will invade the Pole's.
  17. Buy 3 B-2's for the cost of modernizing one of those. That price didn't even include a brand new airplane. This was just an upgrade.
  18. The British are way worse. OUCH!
  19. Links don't work. But I agree, multicam is the best all around pattern, but that doesn't make it even close to being the best pattern for each of those environments.
  20. Having one uniform for everything is like having one airframe for everything...it's going to be subpar. You can't have a desert uniform and a jungle uniform in one and expect it to be better than a purpose built uniform for either climate. I understand why leadership went with one uniform (cost) but they need to realize it just doesn't work. There isn't any green in the desert and there isn't any sand in the jungle. Digital isn't the problem. Digital patterns do work with human eyes. The problem is the color pallet they used.
  21. Ditto. I'd much rather have a gaggle of veterans sing the National Anthem than this group. Give me some Army guys sporting deployment patches and CIBs on their ACUs, some pilots with combat time, some Navy SeaBee's or EOD's, some PJs/TAC-Ps/CCTs/CROs/STOs or any Air Force job that requires an acronym and a beret to describe, and any Marine with sand on their boots. I don't want to see some excruciatingly choreographed GAY routine. Give me something real please.
  22. I thought for a pistol that was true. But from brief chats with SF guys it's different for an M-16. Granted this was all on a CONUS base but normally they go out with a magazine in the well but nothing chambered on safe. Then for escalation of force they would chamber a round. Then it was game on. I can't imagine going out of the wire without a round chambered though down range...so yea.

Yea I looked it into because after I saw it I was fairly freaked out also...but it turns out even the "real video" and "based on actual people" are 100% false. Pissed me off how they say X people are real and this is real footage and the entire thing was a crock of shit.

Normally I would agree with you, but in this case you are wrong: https://guns.connect.fi/rs/50cal.html
