  1. He is destroyed and she will be set for life as a PhD at some liberal think tank. The power of pussy astounds.

  3. I have heard similar things about Petraeus from friends of mine in the Army. I am not a fan of the warrior/scholar/statesman model, and I think it almost always translates into shitty field commanders. However, promotion boards seem to get raging hardons for people with multiple academic degrees from Ivy League schools. I looked for pictures online of Holly Petraeus when she was younger and she was a pretty lady. Time is not kind to everyone, but I am always impressed to hear what she has done for military families. However, I have no personal knowledge of it. When I heard the name "Jill Kelley" it made me think of a completely different person. I'm really curious how this all will unfold.

  7. So you're discussing C-130 CAPES?

  8. Are you aware that the RQ-4 mission over Fukushima was about 20 hours long? At approx $48K/hr (not including link time), it was a $1M mission to get imagery. There were other platforms that could have obtained the kind a similar product for a lot less. So let's get back to the issue of "is the MC-12 the right aircraft for the mission being discussed". I would argue "no". Looking at flooded out areas using an MX-15 camera is not ideal. In fact, there are Civil Air Patrol aircraft that are more suited to certain portions of this mission.

  9. Simmer down Francis. The fact that you think "Air Medals" gives you some sort of special ######ing street cred around here speaks more about you than anything else you've said.

  11. I don't think that's really the issue. Having those kinds of secrets opens up the possibility for extortion and blackmail; something you can't afford to have in a CIA officer. When you get investigated for a security clearance, they're not really looking to fry you over things you've done. They're looking for you to tell the truth.

  12. WTF? You slam the guard as "weekend warriors" then the very next sentence say, "no offense to the Guard". If you really believe that the guard is still one weekend a month, two weeks a year, I suggest you choke yourself.

  14. Beer and American tail...I think that's worth fighting for (and admiring). I'm betting that "your Airmen" don't think as highly of you as you think they do. It comes across as HUGELY condescending. 99.69% are big boys and girls and if treated so, act so. For that percentage of airmen who fcuk it up, intentionally or not, the chain of command, with the first NCO in the chain is supposed to handle this. And it only gets bumped up until the lowest link in that chain fixes it.

  15. Yes. Blame the two tanker crew aircraft commanders who are at the end of their third 16+ hour day and are 12hrs and 45 min from their LFA. Their two crews are 100% in compliance with the applicable base policies. They have both safely executed 20 sorties each and still have over a month to go in their second deployment of the year so far. Somehow they are the linchpin of leadership this war needs to ensure the airman they have never fucking met is wearing the proper attire? Choke yourself troll.
