Horrific, nothing they could do.

What's wrong with the Air Force?
Kind of like when the space/missileers and comm/cyber guys started wearing a new badge that more closely resembled wings.

What's wrong with the Air Force?
It’s funny how many portions of the AF have obviously tried to emulate the Weapons School patch. I’m all for finding ways to be the best at whatever you do, but come on guys, trying to copy the WIC’s patch is lazy and the opposite of innovative (assuming that’s a tenet of any of these courses).

What's wrong with the Air Force?
Actually, I've dealt with numerous graduates from the AQIT course, and they know their shit. That said, I'd avoid acquisitions like a burrito from Taco Bell! And at least they don't have the word 'weapons' in their name!

UPS MD-11 Crash in SDF
Completely unsalvageable. Now the remaining question is if inspections were complied with correctly, and if so, then timelines need to be adjusted. If not, well then some heads should roll substantially.

Was it with his special issue sidearm? How juicy if yes and if it was impounded for weapons safety's inquiry!

Recent Data Shows Significant Spike In US Military Aircraft Accidents
I don't think anyone will be surprised by this... Recent Data Shows Significant Spike In US Military Aircraft Accidents The number of major accidents involving military aircraft spiked in 2024, internal Pentagon figures show, and a series of high-profile aviation mishaps with deaths and the loss of aircraft in 2025 suggest the disturbing trend may be continuing. Across the military, the rate of severe accidents per 100,000 flight hours rose 55% in the 2024 budget year compared with four years earlier. The Marine Corps saw the highest increase, nearly tripling its rate over the same period. The statistics cover the full budget years 2020-2023 and then the first 10 months of the 2024 budget year, through July 31. In those 10 months of last year, 25 service members and Defense Department civilian employees were killed and 14 aircraft were destroyed... (Full story at title link)

The Next President is...
I have never seen such an absolutely despicable and disgraceful posturing from any government official. Mark Kelly has been a disappointment for a long time, and this has put him squarely in the category of irredeemable.

What's wrong with the Air Force?
I'm actually surprised that he hasn't been fired by Hegseth since he's fat. His daddy, Slife, was fired, so he's on thin ice (which is literally all ice since he's fat). However, a friend of mine who's an AOC at USAFA told me that apparently Fat Tony had two negligent discharges at the CATM range...the same day of shooting. At least he's maintaining the fact that he's still: Fat A Retard

Well hopefully the ball gets rolling soon. I graduated OTS a week before Christmas and MFS for all the RPA and conventional pilots was a tdy enroute before PCSing. Hopefully folks can get it knocked out before the holidays. We all got stuck in the OTS dorms for a month until wright patt opened back up in January.

2026 ACTIVE DUTY UFT BOARD
If anyone is curious I found this link that spells out all of what is done at MFS. Looks like it'll be a full day unless you have additional testing that needs to be done which can stretch it out to two. Looks like 5% of MFS has issues with only rare cases being a DQ with no waiver option https://www.afrl.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Fact-Sheet-Display/Article/2336839/usafsam-fci-medical-flight-screening

2026 ACTIVE DUTY UFT BOARD
Still no word since the email from 7 Nov. Without anything loaded in MilPDS my FSS is getting ansy--I was supposed to PCS at the end of November but my understanding of the PSDM is that all pending assignments are to be cancelled. Nothing short of laying siege to my apartment will get me to move.

2026 ACTIVE DUTY UFT BOARD
They double check everything like @Justwanttofly said, usually takes about 2-3 full days. Eyes are the big thing. If you wear glasses follow their instructions about wearing them to a T. Iirc about 30% of attendees (including AFROTC and Guard/Reserve) pop something, with 20-25% being waiverable. So only 5-10% of everyone going to MFS gets DQ'd, presumably a lower percentage for those with FC1 in hand.
