I think that would be as much of a deterrence as a nerf gun. Even if they owned 100% of our debt (which they don't), I think they'd consider that a bargain.

I had to step away from the CivilRightsLawyer YT stream for a bit. It's too enraging. Just the same stuff repeating. Qualified Immunity needs to be changed somehow.
