  2. Yeah, it sucks to have your car stolen but at least the Mexican food is good. I have family here, I own a home and enjoy going to the beach. For me, Orange County is a good place to live. My car was stolen in the SF Bay Area. My other car was broken into over 20 years ago when I was a young man surfing in south OC. There are millions of people here and there are several bad apples.
  3. I don't want to throw Biff under a Frontier Airbus but, holy moly, I've never had a car stolen or broken into and describing those issues as "comes with the territory" is a sad summation of civilization in a once great state.
  4. I’ll be honest, it took me a solid 10 seconds. I said, holy $hit, did CH really just start a legit “old man yells at cloud” thread? Just to rant about a state he doesn’t even live in? But in case anyone’s wondering, the purpose of this thread is to serve as an echo chamber and repository of right-wing hysteria ahead of Gavin Newsom announcing his candidacy. That’s it. This is the prelude to that inevitable announcement. It's a thread for those so inclined to, when Fox cuts to commercials hawking gold bullion, MyPillows, and mesothelioma class action suits, continue frothing at the mouth and seething over the fear of the Gov of CA potentially replacing the dear leader. We could start a thread about failed Conservative states, plural. You might find these red state statistics interesting: West Virginia #1 in obesity & diabetes, #1 in drug overdoses, #1 in disability rates, #4 in poverty, #50 in life expectancy, #50 in college degree attainment. Louisiana #1 in poverty, #1 in incarceration, #2 in homicide, #2 in maternal mortality, #3 in teen pregnancy, #45 in life expectancy. Mississippi: #2 in obesity, #2 in poverty, #2 in incarceration, #2 in high-school drop-out rate, #1 in teen pregnancy, #50 in median income, #50 in infant mortality, #49 in life expectancy. That’s just a short sample. In virtually every negative statistic you can imagine, you will find AL, LA, MS, WV, AR, KY, OK, and TN at the top (or bottom) of that list. But, perhaps it’s moot because none of those godforsaken states have a candidate. Afterall, the GOP gets their favorite candidates from places like Manhattan and Miami. Lol!

  6. I'm a Californian, God help me. That being said, it's all about location. If you go to downtown LA, you will encounter human shit on the ground. Orange County has a lot less shitty places. It's actually nice to live here (in OC). As for the crime, I have had one car stolen and another one broken into over a lifetime. It comes with the territory. To be honest, it's really not that bad living here, if you know where to stay away from.
  7. Anecdotal: But I hate my downtown SFO & LA layovers. I won't bid them anymore. About 6 weeks ago in SFO, there were a good two dozen fentanyl zombies right outside the hotel. Noped out of my normal exploratory walk real quick. My last LA downtown was human shit right outside the entrance to the hotel and a large police presence in the hotel to keep non-patrons out. Redondo Beach or Marina del Rey for me now on only.
  8. Went to MFS a few weeks ago. Any idea when I could expect dates?
  9. Copy joke meter broke! Nah, haven’t had a free handout in my life, why start now.
  10. Copy suspended for ONE DAY for a false DUI arrest AND for stealing the dudes Macbook. He is fighting the lawsuit claiming "sovereign Immunity." Guessing he means Qualified Immunity which is a legal precedent that needs to change in our country.
  11. Nah, production is still delayed as the finish out the order of free Obama Phones.
  12. Was an attempt as a joke at the crusader tats. You get your Trump phone yet?
  13. @Pooter See my reply to Negatory. Strait is not closed We were never after no “regime” in power, we were after people change. And that has occurred, multiple times actually. TBMs - Never was the goal to take 100% of the capability (unattainable goal). We’ve met our desired goal. Iranian people - Liberating gen pop was never a pri objective. Sure we’d like to see them get out of their situation, and we’ll help them indirectly when it’s convenient, but is not a pri objective. Nukes - Sure, believe whatever you want… Turns out your list was mostly poorly informed opinion and not “basic facts.”
  14. We know we've struck a lot more (13,000+) targets in Iran from SECDEF press conferences, but is admitting we've had things hit too somehow propaganda? What exactly is your definition of propaganda. As a taxpayer I feel knowing the full extent of damage (within the limits of opsec) taken by our side is absolutely not propaganda.. If anything, lying about the war and saying it's going better than it is, is propaganda. And which part of the list is inaccurate

  16. California is a masters class in how not to govern at every level. But, when you have a lot of very stupid people living on the coast, you’re going to get very stupid, elected officials.
  17. Neither. Is an American company running propaganda for the enemy OK or not? I argue it’s not, certainly in the moral sense. Also, your list is not accurate and lacks the full picture…by a long shot.
  18. …who has no nazi tattoos. “Match,” I don’t think that word means what you think it means.
  19. Gotta match the Sec of Def. Together, their powers cancel each other out.
  20. A place to post the wonderful policies and stories from the failed state of California. We could start with excrement in the streets of San Francisco, the annual deficit of $18B projected to grow to $35B (gotta pay for those illegals), residents fleeing this failed state, 45% of the nation's homeless, robbery rate is 124% higher than the national average, with significantly higher rates of arson (77%), motor vehicle theft (77%), and burglary (51%), highest taxes in the nation, 2.3 of all students failing basic math standards....but lets start with something simple...government malfeasance and failure around the green scam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBE6KyXroeI
  21. Probably.. but also other than bickering about partisanship why does it matter? Facts are facts. Those assets were struck by Iran and now we don't have them anymore. Trying to tease out the argument here.. is it: "wapo was soft on hillary/benghazi/biden, therefore current factual reporting is invalid?" Or is it: "other things were clown shows too so that makes this one fine?" Anyways.. just doing my occasional check in to see how our victory lap is going strait: still closed regime: still in power iranian people: still oppressed tbm capability: still intact nuclear material: still at large deal with iran: still nonexistent despite claims they're desperate for one ceasefire: continual rolex on the deadline, also not even really a ceasefire gas prices: worse than last time I was here Just so tired of all the winning guys, but please by all means tell me how my TDS invalidates all these basic facts
  22. So rich considering the Democrats are running a dude who purposely sports a Nazi tattoo... The loons on the left are so wacko Senator Elizabeth Warren has not only strongly endorsed him, she has professed he is "the real deal" and the "fighter we need".
  23. Is that thing made of butter?
  24. So THAT’S what lesbian foreplay looks like! I’ve always wondered.
  25. Not to mention having a strong ally like the US who could bail them out if things truly went sideways. We get plausible deniability under most circumstances and they go make next level trouble for our adversaries.
  26. https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/israel-built-and-defended-a-secret-iran-war-base-in-iraq-3590851a?mod=hp_lead_pos3 Apparently Israel set up and operated a base within Iraq without the Iraqis knowing about it. There's a reason Israel seems to always punch above their weight. When you're willing to take risks like that, and have the people trained well enough to actually carry it out, suddenly you have way more options on the table.
  27. Are what ifs open? What if you weren’t such a politically-charged hack that you could be honest instead of purposely curating/cherrypicking to make your political opponents look bad in a false way (guess you have a great future career in the MSM). What if you weren’t so retarded as to compare Trump to Mao. I mean, you have to be pretty stupid/brainwashed to make that comparison. You’re embarrassing yourself, recommend stop.
