    Not saying you won’t, but I’ve known several people with your attitude and far more aviation experience than you prior to UPT who didn’t get fighters (including some Guard who were hired and sent to UPT by fighter units).

    If you’re medically qualified, you will get a pilot slot out of USAFA. My roommate was initially given a Nav slot because his grades were terrible.     Prior to Omicron, the vaccine was thought to effectively reduce risk of and severity of infection. If you’re not infected, you can’t spread it; if the severity is reduced, then presumably the viral load and risk of spreading were also reduced. Realistically, the “no-mask if you’re vaxed” policies were probably just to incentivize getting the jab.

    I am so over them. A fricking Nav hit my car months ago and the claim still hasn’t been fully closed out. What other companies can ya’ll suggest? Geico quoted me a little cheaper, but didn’t offer the higher liability coverages that USAA does. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Mandatory retirement date. You stay on til the final date, and sell the remaining leave as opposed to taking terminal. Probably only advisable if you don’t have a job lined up you can start while on terminal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
