  1. I don't think my commander will sign that particular off-duty employment form.
  2. I'm actually looking forward to the ball cap while wearing the flight suit.
  3. So, if Argentina is the attacker... does that trigger NATO Article 5? Because no matter what the parity is between Argentina and the UK, the US would absolutely dominate Argentina.
  4. And who is funding groups like Q-Anon and the Proud Boys?
  5. I wish. I'd quit the Air Force and be a full- time Doge investor.
  6. Not sure that even in Nordic countries there are many 95/5% splits in jobs by gender...
  7. What's "the most qualified candidate" in a hiring environment with two jobs for every job seeker? I'd want to hire qualified candidates, sure. And I'd probably not pay much attention to race or gender (unless the resume uses they/them pronouns...immediate red flag). But I would not want to have a job where a bunch of old white guys question every woman and minority that gets hired.
  8. Well, I'm not a pilot, so... But no. I have no desire trying to convince cold war fossils that we can be inclusive without lowering standards.
  9. These are the same people who think 16-year-olds should be able to vote and 10-year-olds should be able to have life- altering gender surgeries.
  10. Maybe we should send some foreign aid to Russia to help them deal with the loss?
  11. Interesting comparison given you're advocating for us to appease Russia like Neville Chamberlain.
  12. The simping for Putin and willingness to cede global leadership from an officer in the Air Force is stunning to me, so...
  13. Then I guess we re-evaluate our strategy and shore up Poland's borders.
  14. We keep feeding them weapons until Russia decides their losses are unsustainable.
  15. WW3? We haven't even taken it to combat in Ukraine. Is your assertion that we should never oppose dictators like Putin because we don't want to start WW3?
  16. Agreed. I think it's disingenuous to call it an "armed insurrection", but I think it's equally disingenuous to dismiss it as "peaceful tourists". It was clearly a riot, not dissimilar from the ones the right was screaming about through the summer of 2020. Not an insurrection, but clearly criminal behavior.
  17. Took a few years, but the patriarchy finally found a way to beat those feminists.
  18. Except they aren't recalling anyone. It's basically allowing people to rejoin like they would after any break in service.
  19. You would think the side that was the target of this disinformation for the last four years would be more wary of it, not more willing to spread it. Sure, Biden's done a lot of dumb things that don't help the country. But that doesn't mean absolutely everything he does is a disaster. This is just Trump Derangement Syndrome, repackaged to target Biden.
  20. Keep dragging it up if you want. Maybe the rest of you are comfortable with a blatant violation of a direct order that doesn't even involve injecting yourself with a vaccine. And we wonder why so many airman can't take direction... But, to appease you all - yes, the masks were stupid. I've been asked to do a lot of stupid things in my career. Rarely have I seen one painted as such a political issue as this one.
  21. Did you pitch the same fit when Trump visited Israel and the West Bank? No US troops there either. I didn't know a US military presence was a prerequisite for diplomatic visits...
  22. It's almost like part of the president's job is engaging foreign leaders...
  23. So they plan to release you from your ADSC when "needs of the Air Force" take priority over your base of preference, right?
  24. Which country invaded which again? I cannot believe the amount of Putin simps in the military. A major near-peer adversary is getting their ass handed to them militarily, economically, and culturally, but because your guy isn't in the White House you're upset about it.
