Not really. The bible is very clear about murder (don’t do it) and also being unrelenting against evil, including holding it accountable via death and destruction. I know you didn’t mention the bible specifically, but pro life and Christianity go hand in hand, so that’s why I brought it up.

Kentucky’s head coach…Oh, and Arch Manning still throws the ball like Uncle Rico.
  4. I've known guys to shoot down the telephone poles holding up the strafe rags after getting a bad score. So, strapping the excretable jihadi wannabe to a pole on the range is doable. 4 ship with 6 BDUs. Best CEA over three events on the conventional circle gets the first 100 round gun pass on the convicted dirt bag with standard 2000 foot cease fire.

Fair enough I read that as a direct response to me. I don’t get the lefty wackos who are pro abortion but anti death penalty either. And just for the sake of stirring the pot: Pro life but pro death penalty is also kinda a funny one because its a value system that assumes all life is a sacred gift from god but then I guess if you do enough bad stuff the courts can just have you killed

Yeah, this doesn't mean shit if it isn't written into law.
  9. brabus replied to VL-16's topic in Squadron Bar
Now just need some states to get rid of their gun laws that say, “you have to follow federal law.” And ultimately, we better see the NFA completely repealed in the next two years. If it’s not, the next Dem to hit the WH can undo this current ATF “we won’t enforce” policy
  10. I never said this was you…but I do find it funny how progressives by and large are morally opposed to this being televised. As for giving this guy what he wants, yeah, I don’t think terrorists really care about that stuff (meaning they’ll do it anyway).
  11. Pooter replied to slacker's topic in Squadron Bar
Didn’t see the abortion pivot coming but regardless my objection isn’t moral. He should absolutely be executed. My objection is strategic. The way in which we’re choosing to execute is a strategic L because it him gives him exactly the infamy and PR and high profile martyrdom Islamic extremists are after

@Pooter @disgruntledemployee You’re not wrong on the “fame seeking” risk of bat shit crazy people. I think public execution (combined with short timeline between conviction and execution) would do more to dissuade capital crimes than it would boost the “for fame” crowd. But that’s truly unknowable currently, just a hunch. I would certainly be happy to simply see the decade(s) long appeals process stop and more capital punishment (specifically if you killed someone else with intent or a repeated gross negligence scenario such as 2nd DUI with fatalities).

Never been there, but a quick Gemini search came up with the following suggestions (and please forgive me for pre-selecting a gender for you): Given the criteria (single male, no pets, running/pickleball/golf/bars nearby), here is a breakdown of the best areas to target, recommended housing routes, and specific local amenities to anchor near: 1. Where to Look (Neighborhood Strategy) North Warner Robins / Russell Pkwy Corridor (In-Town & Social): Why it fits: This puts you closest to the commercial hubs, restaurants, and local social spots/bars, while keeping a reasonable commute to the base gates. Recreation: Close proximity to local fitness complexes and parks. Bonaire (Quieter, Golf-Adjacent): Why it fits: Located just south/southeast of the base. It’s more residential and quieter, but places you very close to local courses and suburban conveniences. Downtown Macon (Alternative – The True "In-Town" Vibe): Why it fits: If you prefer an authentic urban downtown vibe with historic lofts, craft cocktail bars, breweries, and the Ocmulgee Heritage Trail, looking slightly north in Downtown Macon is a popular option for military members and contractors who don't mind a 15–20 minute reverse commute down I-75 or GA-247 to Robins. 2. Key Amenities & Local Hotspots to Target Golf: The Landing at Pine Oaks (the morale, welfare, and recreation golf course right on Robins AFB—exceptional convenience if you have base access). Pine Lakes Golf Course (Warner Robins municipal course). Houston Lake Country Club (Just west in Bonaire; semi-private 18-hole course with great amenities). Running Trails & Pickleball: Walker Park (Wellston Trail): A primary hub in Warner Robins featuring walking/running paths and active outdoor recreation. Treadstone / local multi-use paths around the city parks. For pickleball and indoor fitness tracking, checking out local YMCAs or dedicated tennis/pickleball complexes in the Houston County parks system will get you connected to local leagues quickly. Bars & Social (In-Town Warner Robins / Macon): In Warner Robins, social spots and local watering holes cluster around Watson Blvd and Russell Pkwy (e.g., local grills, sports bars, and craft beer spots like The Brick or local lounges). If you want a vibrant nightlife or weekend bar scene with live music, Downtown Macon (Cherry Street / Poplar Street area) offers a much denser collection of high-end bars, breweries (like Piedmont Brewery), and restaurants. 3. Securing an ~185-Day Lease (No Pets) Finding an exact 6-month lease through traditional apartment complexes in Warner Robins is very common due to the high volume of defense contractors, civil servants, and TDY military personnel. Corporate Housing / Furnished Apartments: Look into managed corporate housing providers in the Macon-Warner Robins area if you want utilities and furniture included out-of-the-box for a ~6-month term. Local Complexes to Check: Properties along Watson Blvd or Corder Road offer short-term lease options (often with premium-month fees for under 7/12 months, but straightforward for an ~185-day block). Being pet-free opens up virtually 100% of standard rental inventory without having to hunt for pet-friendly restrictions or deposits.
  18. If you’re ok with a mother murdering her unborn children then spare me your moral outrage if someone wants to watch a mass murderer/terrorist be executed.

  20. Doubt it. Someone's gonna kill just for the insta reel of their execution. Mangione comes to mind.
  21. Pooter replied to slacker's topic in Squadron Bar
Absolutely agreed on the timeline. The appeals process taking years or decades is a total foul. But high profile mass shooters/terrorists know they’re gonna get caught and ultimately executed. They’re looking for infamy which is exactly what this gives them. This is exactly the reason a number of news outlets I respect have stopped naming shooters. The coverage is exactly what drives motivation for more of this stuff. A big publicity stunt execution and political food fight about it only elevates the profile of a dude that should be completely forgotten.
  22. brabus replied to slacker's topic in Squadron Bar
I think executions should be public, and a lot more of them as well. Both of those things would convey a stronger message of ultimate accountability for crimes. More people would think twice about murder when they see a bunch of people getting hanged or shot in public (and within a couple months of conviction, not this couple decades bullshit). Our justice system is a complete joke - these fundamental changes would start reversing that well deserved moniker.

Think this goes here: https://www.reuters.com/world/us-livestream-army-execution-fort-hood-shooter-pentagon-official-says-2026-10-08/ In a sane world this would be done quietly so we remember the victims and never speak this dudes name again. Instead we get the quintessential Trump/Hegseth routine where we turn it into a gross PR media circus and give this guy 10,000x the publicity he deserves. Idk or maybe not wanting to watch a live-streamed execution is just my low-T talking

  30. Further musing on an ACE 2.0 model The main and best argument against it is the cost of multiple/many ACE platform bases across the Air Force so why not a hub and spoke model using 2 platforms maybe 1. Concentrate the logistics and program infrastructure in a few bases, operate them on trips out of those bases, 4 to 5 day trips, based near major domiciles, drawing on ARC members there to man the IP cadre and flying crew chiefs. Fly the ACE jets as a package to Base X, recurrence and proficiency rides, pilots fly their own sorties/local exercises/demos/etc, aircraft rotate back to base, cycle repeats. If the AF wanted to build out this idea, a commuter class jet or turboprop could be used for support (ferrying pilots, parts) to where flying opportunities are if jets aren’t at a base at the time pilots are available. Reliability would be key as jets would be on the road most of the time with support but likely a light compliment of mx, kinda leads back to the L-39 for its simplicity and mx concept. AMC ACE jet could be a PC-24 (cargo door) or Do 328eco (new builds) that also have a cargo and inflight door options.
