It's funny but suing anyone in the federal government as an individual is usually futile. It seems the only time a federal employee is considered at fault as an individual is if it's a violation of the Anti-Deficiency Act. I'm sure most on here remember a briefing on that at some point in their careers. -

Nice! That would be my first choice for IPT because it’s only a couple of hours from my family and my in-laws. At this point, I’d gladly take any info on an assignment. My spouse is now at risk of losing her job because, even though it’s a very transferable job, she’s essentially useless to her company until we know where we’re going and they can assign her projects in that region. 😩

Japanese, I believe. I'm sure very few care, but the Vietnamese jets never had the air refueling probes on their jets, as far as I know. FYI: that's the South Vietnamese roundel on the fuselage of both of our jets We are hoping to have a cool A-37 surprise for the warbird world later in 2026. We shall see.

Would be interesting if the dude filed a lawsuit against the ATF and the individual that denied it. Might give other bureaucrats pause when they're about to deny someone their rights if they know that they might lose their house. Imagine any other right being treated like the 2nd... "no, sir, I don't consent to you searching my house because it is my right to not consent." "Sorry, but simply exercising your right doesn't justify exercising your right, so we're going to search your house."

I'm really concerned that the whole NFA fiasco is going to remain a CF long enough to allow a new Congress to make the tax 5k. On another note judges are experts at creative writing when they want a certain outcome. We the people be damned.

It's only an hour and a half from Miami. Anything bigger than an RJ or DC9 can do that round trip no problem. They could go to the max of 1 checked bag like they do for Key West, but even that won't be necessary on 73/320 or bigger. -
Are Airlines that that still fly into Cuba able to tank fuel into Havana or stop do a fuel stop at Puerto Rico and just do an ops stop in Havana? -

It’s a fair point. But yes, it does still matter because the force composition will never be 100% CCA anytime in the medium-term future (sure at some point it’ll all be T1000 fighting each other, but that’s a ways off).
Or the Coast Guard, they would never show.
