Guest
It’s possible, but probably not. There have been an uptick of 38 studs to ACC heavies. Why do you ask?Thought those used to be sourced with IFF washouts. Has that program lost its teeth?

Whiteman = SZL...... maybe a typo on the initial post? To clarify, there no longer is an ANG unit in STL. The 131 FW which used to operate F-15s out of STL became the 131 BW and moved to Whiteman as an associate unit. They now operate the B-2 as a conventional bombing wing.

I know a few IFF washouts that went to AMC heavies. We were told it was to alleviate the bottleneck at the fighter FTUs. We were told not to expect AMC, only ACC heavies or AFSOC for the FY18 drops. The first few classes felt it the hardest and it’s been a sprinkling here and here the entire year so far. RUMINT machine said to not expect AMC since they’re more reluctant to send their 38-trained dudes back to AETC.

skibum
Heavy in CAF has been around a while, but an E-3 is a bit of a kick in the nuts. Unlucky is an understatement. I'm thinking multiple DUIs and caught with a tranny prostitute.
