From firsthand experience, the money and lobby influence pharma has, it gets the job done, and it ain't changing anytime soon. Trump can try all he wants, they'll maneuver and still come out on top. Me, I'd start with banning all drug commercials. And then fuck with their execs, taxes, etc.
