I dunno.  I don't really care about the Bobulinski story or any other negative story about Biden or Harris.  The reason I don't care, is that I've already made a decision to vote against the ideology that is the Democrat party.  I don't need anymore convincing, and I don't want to try to win hearts and minds over to my side - especially on the internet.

If someone is voting for Biden, I don't think you're going to convince them in an internet forum to vote for Pres Trump because of the Bobulinski story.  And to be honest, if you could do that, that's not someone that we want voting.  If you flip that situation and say Russian collusion = no vote for Pres Trump, I don't think you're going to convince people who are conservative to vote for Biden.  

Its noise.  I don't think swing voters make a difference, just like I don't think any fence sitter makes a difference. I'm not a political science major (because I'm not mildly retarded), so I could be wrong.  But that's what I see.  Bobulinski and Russian collusion are fence sitter arguments that grab headlines.  Those arguments don't matter.  Which is fascinating, because they are in fact the headlines.

Here comes Tucker Carlson. He is about to release a bombshell. All the emails. Proving everything. Unfortunately, these apparently only existed as single physical copies. The emails. Electronic mails. Only existed as one physical copy. (Got that?). Sadly, these printed non-electronic emails were lost (stolen!) in the mail, and no one ever made a copy 😉, so we may never know which dog ate Tucker’s homework or who made-up this made-up story.

The closer we get to the election, the more disinformation we’ll see. If you read something that seems outlandish/only marginally plausible, REGARDLESS of candidate, it is likely foreign produced at worse, or domestically produced, politically-driven garbage at best. Completely plausible Hunter is a total scumbag and his dad could have had some connection, but the means this “info” has been gathered, handled, and presented is very questionable...and I’m not a Biden fan.  An example on the other side is how many people ate up garbage journalism from the Atlantic attacking Trump. Their shit is equally filled with wild accusations without substance. It blows my mind how many Americans buy into any of this shit...my opinion is so many either never had, or have lost, the ability to critically think.

Trump attacking states that allow mail in ballots to be counted after election day, per state rules.  He is also suing three other states trying to stop them from counting ballots they deem valid.  Doesn't seem very states-rightsey to me.  States run the elections and send their hopefully faithful electors to vote.

Despite being unable to produce evidence of widespread voter fraud, I think he is trying to foment enough discord in these states to excuse himself into getting the state legislators to disregard the results and send their own electors.  All legal within the constitution, but still fucked up and at this point I wouldn't put it past him.

Tucker Carlson isn't news my friend.  He even argued in court that you should approach everything he says with a reasonable amount of skepticism and he doesn't actually state facts in his show, yet somehow he remains a news source for many.  Giuliani should release the actual emails and let the journalists investigate themselves...if there is anything there they will find it, but I think it's pretty telling that he is hiding something because how little effort it would require and he doesn't do it.  Don't know, don't care...I've already voted.  Is Biden crooked?  Perhaps...but even if he stole his entire net worth from the taxpayer, it's still peanuts compared to how much the Trump family has enriched themselves over the last 4 years.  Lesser of two evils sort of thing.

Yes reddit can be a hive mind, but a place for good discussion as well.  There is no shortage of conservative subs and opinions, that's for sure.  Just because conservative opinions aren't voted to the top doesn't mean they aren't there, it just means they suck and are unpopular.  You could almost say it's close to what your conservatives love...a free market of ideas?

Are you talking about mail in votes that don’t make the deadline with respect to counting after election day? Or ones that meet the state deadlines just happen to be after election day?

I haven’t seen this discourse yet, but am interested because having mail-in voted for about 18 years, per state rules I’ve always had to mail it in by election day and have it be received within 10 days. Deadlines should be deadlines, but then again...I never push the timeline on this.
