Police in Kentucky say Stephanie Carlquist poured salt into the engine of her ex-boyfriend’s car, glitter in the AC vent, slashed a tire, cracked the windshield, cracked the rearview mirror & shattered the car’s radio screen.

She apologized & told him she was “stressed out.”
