  1. Throwback to a few years ago when the Nellis OSS/CC got fired. https://www.airforcetimes.com/news/your-air-force/2025/04/25/air-force-lieutenant-colonel-will-face-trial-for-child-sex-crimes/
  2. Oooof. When I left that country on the evening of 29 August 2021, I was really hoping it was my last trip.
  3. I approved this post... To the OP - Don't be surprised if you do not get many replies from this thread. Many folks likely would consider this a potential for gathering data they don't really want shared. To the usual suspects - go easy on this one.
  4. A few more to the fire...
  5. And somehow this tinfoil hat forum has nothing to say about it?
  6. I just ran a quote on GEICO and it was $800 more than USAA for a 6-month policy. Then I ran a quote on Progressive and it's $600 less than USAA for a 6-month policy.
  7. Is Wayne on his way out?
  8. I'm probably going to punch from USAA, but torn between Navy Fed, Pen Fed, and Chase for banking and no clue where I'll go for insurance. I have accounts with all 3, and Chase seems like the most stable technology-wise. I find Navy Fed's website to be less advanced than a geocities website. Pen Fed's site seems to be "okay." I also wish I could have insurance and banking under one company, but USAA has gotten completely out of control for insurance rates. I have Progressive for our travel trailer insurance, and I'm neither amazed nor unhappy with their service/website. Any recommendations?
  9. #2 was a friend of a friend, and his text was wild. Also, this:
  10. The meme's about this are epic, but only because the bros are okay. There are first hand accounts being shared for the 5 wet Hornet driver (the dude and his trunk monkey that punched) and the next dude in trail getting shot at too (didn't punch). I think the hornets should start calling Magnum on the radio with destroyer bullseyes, just to f' with em. Side note - preliminary reports indicate all personnel involved were complete with Cyber Awareness and SAPR training. Stand by for new anti-frat CBT.

Are you on the Tapatalk app or the super old outdated "Baseops Forum" app? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to keep up with the Baseops app and pulled it from the app store (or so I thought).

Those folks were/are amazing human beings. I remember at a reunion years ago one of the guys telling his Vietnam story of shooting down a MiG for the first time publicly.
  14. That checks. Also the jet exhaust was less turbulent for refueling in a viper. Also the boom was more powerful, so it was way easier to be stable. The Air Force has yet again gotten rid of the wrong aircraft. And replaced it with something with countless deficiencies (the -46).
