Context is needed. The ejection in the Regional was in response to the opposing catcher who had been talking the entire game. The Tennessee reputation caused that ejection. They always catch the second guy right? Tennessee has been a lot less vocal this year compared to the last few years. But they should reap what they have sown. Coach Vitello said he would never say something about another team talking smack because his players do it. But let’s not forget the trash the Ark pitcher was throwing in the 1st game. Everyone knows if that had been Tennessee, then he would have been ejected on the spot. Granted, you want to shut someone up, then you beat them on the field. And Tennessee got beat. But I refuse to root for Arkansas in CWS. Edit: CH’s photos are from previous seasons. Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile app

Airspace rules, yes, as it would give greater authority to disable offending drones. Operator certificates and transponders? Nah, all that really does is add an extra civil fine/misdemeanor the DOJ can impose after someone conducts an act of war/terrorism. Not effective deterrence.

I had to sift through several childish posts to find a sentence worth engaging, it'd be nice if you were more mature. The problem with your quoted point is the police refuse to do anything because the mayor refuses to do anything because the governor refuses to do anything. Fortunately we have a POTUS who disagrees with your opinion of constitutional limits, and unlike the LAPD will not allow this behavior. I'm glad you agree these dudes should be stopped.

Insurrection Act of 1807. You really aren't very good at this, are you?

For the record, I have absolutely no issue with arresting and prosecuting everyone who is waving Mexican flags while setting cars on fire. F those people. I know that’s going to be the response here - attack a straw man. I have significant issue with using an event that should be handled with law enforcement and/or natl guard as a way to overreach executive power unconstitutionally, and I am honestly appalled at this forum’s complacency about it.

Ever heard of Posse Comitatus, or does the implicit racism on this forum simply enable you all to ignore the constitution and the law as long as the ends justify the means? LALALALA FOX NEWS TOLD ME WEVE BEEN INVADED, DADDY PLEASE INVOKE MARTIAL LAW.

At this point, I actually think that would deescalate things. The dems have defunded the police to the point that they’re basically untrained monkeys I mean, how many reporters have they shot by now? Four? I think you hit the nail on the head on what is the biggest obstacle in building these type of specialized aircraft.

Mover and Gonky’s take on it:

That's ok. They can mouth off to locals back in Knoxville. Arkansas smoked them today by a lot more than 1 run.

Surely you mean “mostly peaceful protest” my good sir.

Oh look, another violent riot from the left.

And they got grand slammed today. AMFs!

There is definite application and demand for super heavy lift capacity in the commercial sector, but probably in the single digit numbers I would imagine. I’d be curious to see what the economics on return of some production run requiring massive up front capital for so few airframes. I can’t imagine that return on investment is gonna be something that comes soon enough for all but the craziest people with money. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Louisville tops Miami.

I have seen other super airlifter proposals come and go so take this with a grain of salt. This one is designed for outsized cargo like ever increasing windmill blades and rocket stages so who knows it might actually get built! https://radia.com

Wonder if they'll be armed.

Yup, I’ll close the loop on my opinions on UAS/guns saying some control but not over control. Arming all the countries we can and pulling them into our orbit to give them multiple problems? Yes More IRBMs in theater to give them pause? Yes

We should. We’ve been invaded.

Looks like this thread continues on a couple parallel tracks. Agree with above. One game changer was the INF treaty going away allowing things like the Typhon Mid-Range Capability (combination of Tomahawks and SM-6s) for the Army. PRC tried intimidating the local countries including the Philippines in the South China Sea and the Philippines was only too happy to have the Typhon set up in their country. Putting as many of those mobile systems in that area should give the PRC some sleepless nights. Whether that results one day in a "Cuban Missile Crisis" of the Indo-Pacific is a whole other discussion.

You’re right, it will impede some amount of freedom of the law abiding but overall the benefit IMO would be worth it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Every unit that did this is a T in “perform expeditionary operations,” on the METL…. We actually executed work at transcom and locally doing rail head ops…. You understand we are demonstrating the ability to move our heaviest ground forces and have them execute on the other end of that move right? 1-17 Cav is one of the flyover units, and that is literally their last hurrah before casing the colors and disbanding, so what did that really cost us? Look if I can March in the Dothan peanut festival parade, we can damn sure put some effort into celebrating the Army’s 250s birthday. Let’s compare the price tag on Tdy and equipment movement of this to say, the Dayton Air Show. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
