But it just makes the DEA look like chumps. The DEA said it arrested 171 ‘high ranking’ Sinaloa Cartel members. A Spotlight investigation found that’s not true. “They are doing anything they can to tie it to a cartel,” said one federal law enforcement official, adding that the arrests were “definitely not cartel.” A Massachusetts law enforcement official briefed by the DEA confirmed that those arrested were nearly all low-level offenders, not major dealers. “They always talk it up a little,” the official said of the DEA. “They talked this up too much.” Quibbling. They DEA actually arrested 617 suspected cartel members across the U.S. between 25–29 August 2025, that number (171) was in New England only. That operation also led to the seizure of large quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, cocaine, counterfeit pills, firearms and millions in cash. DEA officials may have described these as “high-level arrests” and part of a broader effort to dismantle the cartel. I don't give a fuck about how these criminals are described, as long as they are concentrating on removing these individuals from our society, they can call them the Easter Bunny! And of course Massachusetts law enforcement officials will try to downplay the fact that these cartel narcotics networks are operating almost unabated in their state!

November 16Nov 16 Is she dinosaur bait? I think Republicans need to give up on tough-talking women. I'll take the soft spoken Condoleezza Rice and Amy Coney Barrett over Sarah Palin, Marjorie Taylor green, Lauren Bogart, Christy noam, or Kari Lake

12 hours ago12 hr @disgruntledemployee Well a WaPo reporter claims DEVGRU was ordered to execute unarmed people (and did), so it must be true. You actually believe this bullshit?

You actually believe this bullshit?Supposedly one of the "sources" saw the feed when the strike occurred. Anyone in a position to see that had to have a clearance and likely at risk of prosecution and prison if they get outed. Helluva risk. Of course the press can clte anything and anyone to generate a story with no consequences if they're wrong.
51 minutes ago51 min @fire4effect Lots of “credible” sources said the laptop was fake news. Lots of “credible” sources backed Russiagate. I’ve been around the block quite a bit in the terrorist killing world (as have many on here), and I’m calling complete bullshit on the whole thing. If a whole JOC watched DEVGRU execute a couple unarmed dudes who didn’t pose a threat at all, then we’ll be seeing war crimes charges and trials commencing soon. That hypothetical scenario is not something anyone (especially an E/young O) would walk away from unmolested (in the legal sense).Personally, I’ve been involved in four separate occasions where someone “credible” said something happened that was a complete lie. Thankfully every time there was data to prove them a liar and nobody got screwed. Edited 47 minutes ago47 min by brabus
