30 additional hours compared to a reduced amount that puts them right around the number of T-6 hours UPT studs should have been getting anyway…so then the reduced flying in Phase III means…they’re way low.

When I canceled a sortie, I fully expected to have to explain the decision with actual facts in addition to my general intuition of the situation…sounds reasonable to me.
