Flying Videos Thread Part 2!
holy crap, loop entry at -1500’ and exit at -900’. I would have smacked the dude’s helmet if I’d been in there (after i cleaned my drawers). That beast has pretty impressive maneuverability. ** Biff’s going to sport wood when he sees this.

German Chicks in Dirndls and Beer (NSFW)
Definitely a babe, but I’m not digging the saline/silicone enhancement. Not that babes who look like that care, but I prefer au naturale.

Reasons to despise cops
Yeah I don’t understand so many officer’s inability to say “yep, i thought I saw that, my apologies, please drive safely.” We all screw up at times, how difficult is it to say “I’m sorry” or “my bad”? Unbelievable hubris.

The Iran thread
Y'all's delusion is real. We've acknowledged ad nauseam that Trump’s mouth and ego continues to get in his own way. Theres a new clownshow daily, but even so, its still better than kamala and the left could do. Nobody on here is claiming total victory. We do have them by the short hairs but their lack of concern for their people allows them to stall. It’s an ugly situation, but continuing to accept the monumental boning the worlds endured over the past 50 years wasn't winning either. Something needed to be done. in my opinion, the strategy chosen to prosecute offensive action was not optimal, and I’d guess everyone here has their own opinion on how the IRGC should have been handled. Most of us on here don't have all of the American/Israeli intelligence available to consider. I’d have preferred a complete blockade (in and out) of Iran (oil, food, manufactured goods, everything) in conjunction with physically targeting all of their leadership. But again Im glad I’m not the one having to make these type of world impacting decisions.

Pretty impressive landing roll. Actually a no roll. T/O is incredible as well. I’m not sure the tires even rotated fully.

The Failed Liberal State of California
Agreed, TN blows, don’t move there. It’s the worse state in the union by far and everyone needs to quit moving there since it’s so terrible. I would never even consider moving there, especially if I had blue hair, was a trannie, a liberal, or otherwise wanted to ruin this great nation by fixing all the “right wingers”. Let that place stew in its own misery. PS: MS can have Memphis and thereby reduce crime by about 85%.

The Next President is...
I appreciate hearing from those who critique actual policies and political positions of our elected representatives. It’s interesting to see such diverse takes from the same data, depending on one’s worldview. I’d argue that most of us are a little jaded from seeing the laws our elected officials pass and the bureaucrats who administer them, continuously do the expedient thing, rather than the correct for the long run thing. Then, when discussing the “other side”, tribalism with a touch of personal bias attached skews our view of things. I think most of us attempt to filter our bias to some degree. Personally the discussions here (at times) make me check my beliefs on geopolitical, financial, and social policy issues/topics. But having said that, I do appreciate a good street brawl on occasion about topics people feel passionate about even if I have no skin in the game.

That better be empty.

The Next President is...
i think Vance, like most rational people, witnessed the positive changes in federal policy under “orange nazi” as compared to years of leftist democrat representation. I’ve never heard anybody, except Trump himself, say what a “great man” or “great politician” our current POTUS is. There probably are some who have, but most conservatives recognize hyperbole if and when we hear it, and don’t tend to idolize people.

Again, where do you see anyone “supporting” any of the things you have previously highlighted (irrational plans, idiotic statements). I don’t support about 50% of the things he stands for (classic NY liberal with serious visions of grandeur - and no apparent real belief in anything except self) and about 75% of what he says (blasphemous at times, contradictory at times, repetitive usually, and narcissistic at times). That just shows you how evil and misguided the democratic platform is currently (in my opinion). Not every self proclaimed Christian (and def not atheists) will agree with me on my take on Trump as the significantly less smelly of two turds, as evidenced by hundreds of discussions on various topics here in BOs.

Seize any tanker and sell to Cuba (or other struggling Western hemisphere economies not currently US friendly) with conditions (disavow communism (e.g. Russia, China), free and open elections, US assistance in setting up new constitutional governance structure, etc …). Admittedly a bit quixotic, but give cash proceeds from oil to third world countries in need (food, humanitarian aid, etc). Bangladesh is still almost as poor, desperate, and underdeveloped as it was in the late 1960s.

Yeah i’m shocked that another dumbass statement by POTUS hasn’t caused stable minded conservatives to come unglued on an Internet forum. The actual haters don’t get it, even after we’ve told them a million times, he’s not out savior. And yes, even with his narcissistic self love and abundance of dumbassery at times, he’s still significantly better than kamala would have ever been.

Trumps is a liberal NYer who is also a pragmatic manager. Gets what he wants any way he can, but if he doesn’t, he reframes it to not look so bad. I’m hoping he plays hardball with Iran and doesn’t let up until they completely cave. Target every leader and any wanna-be who steps up when the last one is killed. Islam needs to be completely humiliated in Iran and let the Persians have their country back. They were closer to 40-60 back when they were a civilized country. They treated radicals appropriately and smashed the terrorist/extremist when they popped up. We need that kind of Iran again. They’ve been beggin for an ass whopping for years and I’m hoping we finish it adequately. I hate that some innocents are caught up in it, but that happens in every conflict. Regardless of what the leftist spout, we aren’t randomly bombing civilians at will. We would have lost ww2 if the numbnuts complaining now, had been in charge then. We killed >100,00 in one firebombing of Tokyo, and estimates of thousands when we took out Dresden and the factories there. Those are just two examples, with many more available (and don’t forget the 2 nukes). I realize this isn’t ww2, but war sucks and “innocents” are sometimes killed. It’s a factor when we target, but shouldn’t be the only consideration. I’d love for this to end, but not until a completely contained and controllable Iran happens. That might be unrealistic without the world’s support, but i hope we have the resolve.

Laguardia commuter versus fire truck
Complete cluster! Very little margin for error in our profession. Speechless at the lack of discipline exhibited by controller and fire rescue driver in this crash. While this tragedy is not a military accident, it makes me hope that all of you here still serving our great nation, are ever vigilant.

Why throw the picture of Gaza in while arguing you’re not anti Jew? That landscape is all on islam, and their adherents (Iran supported hamas in this case). The “fringe” isn’t so fringe, as we clearly see by the actions and words of islamists and their supporters throughout the West. Without strong secular domination in Islamic countries, the mass always falls back to their terroristic and authoritarian foundation. Islam is not compatible with free Western civilization and is a deadly threat to the whole world.

KC-135 down in Iraq
Just last week I told some friends that my godson was being sent to the region but since he was flying -135s there wasn’t too much risk. He wasn’t involved, but this tragic accident starkly reminded me that flying airplanes always involves risk. Them…Them. Prayers for their families and their squadron mates.
