You tell me/us. That's the original question in my post. Taking my post as cheering for economic ruin is retarded. I was pissed at his carelessness with people's life savings. See the difference?

“We basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard, that they don’t know what the fuck they are doing.” Trump Might be his best moment. 3:13 PS. The Drudge headline says he went "Berserk" which is a stupid description.

WTF. That's all I got. Not just for a dumb ass advocating for a strike on the US, but for allowing Iran to tell us and we kinda go, sure. If I took that call, I would have said, "Try it and I will unleash hell. You ain't seen shit yet." Maybe they would have tried it anyway, but the way I see it, allowing such an action gives the current faction some face saving when they don't deserve it. Peace!

Start carpet bombing the place to the stone age. Neuter anything that launches into the sky. Sink their entire Navy. Seize every oil tanker. Lop the head off anyone that spouts off any harm to the US, preferable before they get the last word out of their mouth. And take all their assets to pay for it all.

I think what the post intended was to show that Trump/acolytes/Fox News Talking Heads beat the anti war drum very hard and very loud. He railed against the deep state war hawks and vowed The Purge. MAGA ate it up. Some on here did too. The irony was just pointed out. The response, but but but Joe, and Hillary, and that one dude. UKR. I have always advocated to support them against our mortal enemy, Putin. And many I know did too, up until Trump didn't. Then all I heard from them were Fox talking points on waste of $$, blah, blah, blah. Maybe Trump has learned. Back to reality. I'm guessing most here would acknowledge that a nuclear Iran is very bad and the US might have had to do something about it. Call it a realist view of the world, weather you're True MAGA, wear the hat to piss off your lib aunt, classic R, Libertarian, Dem, Progressive Dem, or full Libtard. Israel did the world a favor, but they didn't have everything they need to finish the job. Trump was likely asked by them to bust the deep shafts wide open with his Midnight penetrator by making a hole and then exploding deep inside. And without lube. 🤣 Back to reality. Now comes the tough part. Are we done? Is a coalition put together to take Iran out of the bad guy world and on a path the likes of WWII Germany and Japan? Is that even possible? And who? And how? Or do we leave it to Israel?

Lookie lookie, seems I'm not the only one thinking along this line. Posted today: https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2025/06/iran-trump-taco-play/683271/ Quote: President Donald Trump is being pulled toward war in the Middle East by his predator’s eye for a victim’s weakness and his ego’s need to claim the work of others as his own. But since his “unconditional surrender” social-media post on Tuesday, other Trump instincts have asserted themselves: above all, his fear of responsibility. Trump enjoys wielding power. He flinches from accountability. Days ago, Trump seemed to hunger for entry into Israel’s war. A dramatic victory seemed poised to tumble into somebody’s lap. Why not his? But as the hours passed, Trump reconsidered. Instead of acting, he postponed. He said that a decision would come within “two weeks.” Time for diplomacy to work? Perhaps that might be the case in another administration. In this one, as attentive Trump watchers have learned, the “two weeks” promise is a way of shirking a decision altogether, whether on Russia sanctions (deadline lapsed June 11, without action), trade deals (deadline lapsed June 12, without result), or a much-heralded infrastructure program (deadline lapsed May 20, 2017, without action then or ever).

Just wait til Israel unveils the Persian Pulverizer Mark 9, complete with the Virginizer Mark 6.9.

With Trump/surrogates announcing/peddling a 2 week taco, I think he's hoping Israel can mop this up and he can walk out, hands open waist high, claim victory and peace in the same sentence, work a weave or 3, and look like it was his plan all along. His goal, happy MAGA, Iran defeated. I don't think he gets both. He's along for the ride.

Gabbard is off message, probably because of Middle East sympathies (imo). No idea why, just like no real idea why she visited Syria back then. She either has to shut up or resign or she'll get mean tweeted and fired.

I'm reading Israel has declared air superiority over Tehran, and reading that Iran wants to negotiate. I'm betting Netanyahu isn't done yet and plans to obliterate all ballistic/nuke/drone/offensive capability that can touch Israel. Iran best reel in its forces attacking anything US before we join in and carpet bomb the place.

Unless we start it's own thread, I'll put it here as "Surveillance" popped up here in the search enough times. https://www.wired.com/story/airlines-dont-want-you-to-know-they-sold-your-flight-data-to-dhs/ I found this quote interesting: “It's clear the data broker loophole is pushing the government back towards a pernicious ‘collect it all’ mentality, gobbling up as much sensitive data as it can about all Americans by default. A decade ago the public rejected that approach, and Congress passed surveillance reform legislation that banned domestic bulk collection. Clearly it's time for Congress to step in again, and stop the data broker loophole from being used to circumvent that ban.”

Still retarded, just like it was in field training/zoo/etc. Show me the real world training aspect that makes this worth it, Signed, Killjoy

Because it's a stupid parade. Like we need to spend $$$ on that shit. But I guess little Taco needs an ego stroke so he can look mighty like Un. Tards.

What is to stop our enemies from getting into the US, buying some containers and rigs, and parking them a mile from a base? Other than good explosives, not much. Fleet composition doesn't stop this.

Quick, everyone short Tesla for a week, then buy it again low. They'll hug it out on Thursday, I hear.

Yeah, we're rooting for the Razorbacks.

My exit plan was made, confirmed with the fam, and then a few things happened. The 95th Flying Badgers were moving to Pope and the AF gave me a school slot. It turned out well enough as the financial crisis happened a little later and airlines took a beating. But if Wall St hadn't fucked shit up and BRAC/Big Blue hadn't forced the 95th out of Milwaukee, I'd have been doing weekends in a Herc, M-F in a 737, and drinking great WI beer everyday.

Modern day sappers. Demonstrated, and now every base with aircraft on the ramp is a huge risk. Anti-drone tech/systems is where our R&D/Acquisition resources need to be focused and fast. And hard shelters, but those take a lot of space and if you leave the door open, it can still go boom. Z made a statement, and maybe the scale was set to what occurred, but what if his army was able to hit more bases, more planes, more radars/AA/Comms/Arty/drone stations/etc?

@lloyd christmas I took your post and article to mean exactly what you intended, any side digging in hard and propagating their spew. My tin foil hat uncle is so far into conspiracies, I mess with him by saying, "That's what the Chinese want you to think." I'll try to find it, but an investigative writer did a story on a '24 congressional campaign that was trying to set a spending record. Dude flew to the state, listened to all the ads, went to bars and chatted with locals, and almost everyone asked on who they supported and why, gave at least 1 buzzword/phrase from the ad blitz, regardless of the side they supported. IDK if the writter asked how many changed their vote based on the ads, but the point was the ads do get inside our heads. https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2024/11/election-results-donald-trump-kamala-harris-ads-montana.html

New investment strategy, TACO. Recent history checks, so far. I like the call sign, tho. https://www.mediaite.com/media/news/taco-wall-street-mocks-trump-with-4-letter-code-to-call-bets-against-him/- 1,226 replies
