Picked this gem up when the 524 shut down. Who wants it, it’s been in my attic for over a decade now. Picture here

During a deployment last year we parked our plane next to a decommissioned 737 on the other side of the world. Found the owner, bought the cowl, then flew it home at the end of the trip. Planned on turning it into an awesome glass top coffee table or large wall mirror, but we just don't have the space or time for it right now. First $2k takes it. I *may* be able to figure out a way to get it to you via air if you're not in the NW Florida area. Thanks!

What’s the latest gouge on the best place to order a custom A2 leather flying jacket? Would love to order one in person stateside, preferably in Texas where I know there’s lots of leather to be had, but not sure if such a place exists. Last I remember Korea or Turkey were the go-to places. Any gouge is much appreciated 🇺🇸

I'm a Navy pilot by trade - metal fabricator in my spare time...I've got a small side gig going making custom aviation metal art and novelties and I think you guys will like it. The bottle openers I make are in the shape of your favorite air frame...if it isn't on my site, I'm capable of making it; just ask! Thanks for looking and feel free to hit me up with any requests. www.planeform.com Best, -Flanders

Anyone need a military Bose headset? I've had one sitting in my cabinet for a few years since I quit flying Herks. It's one of the earlier models. I have two low-impedance cords for it. Free to a good mil pilot home - don't be a douche and eBay it. **Claimed**

I used this to make my Bose A20 headset compatible with the KC-135 (or any other plane that uses the same type of plug). It is non-bluetooth, but does have the aux cable input cord for music. Cya!

Hog fans: new shops online showcasing A-10 heritage. Crate of Thunder Designs (https://crate-of-thunder-designs.printify.me/products) showcases all things A-10 related. To include CSAR. We're also creating merchandise for Hawgsmoke 2024 (https://hawgsmoke-2024.printify.me/products) , which has a chance to be the last mass gathering of the A-10 community in their biannual gunnery competition. A portion of all proceeds go to the event. These are print-on-demand providers, so we're not doing patches or coins. There may be options in the future for such endeavors as we work through some logistics. Commissions aren't possible through these websites due to the P.O.D. nature, b…

BODNers, Got tagged for a 6-monther to the Deid leaving in July and I can't find desert Major flightsuit rank anywhere. The UDM is out, ebay has none, AAFES (haha!!), 6-9 different BX's....nothing. If anybody has any they are willing to part ways with, new or used, I would be willing to pay shipping costs and for the rank as well. If it is used, hopefully it has the stench of American airpower on it. Thanks in advance. Planephlyer

Lightly used Garmin D2 Aviation Watch. Has a tiny nick on the face, barely noticeable. Comes with USB cable for charging and data sync. Works for fitness tracking as well as flight tracking. Fighter playback ranges from unusable to slightly worse than ACMI. I imagine it would be awesome in a heavy aircraft. Has WAAS, can interface via Bluetooth to your EFB. My favorite feature is the customize-able cabin pressure altitude warning, works for ascent and descent. The nice thing about this watch vs the D2 Bravo or D2 Charlie is that it can operate completely stand-alone (ie without your phone).

I'm moving to a non-flying gig for good, so I'm selling my (purchased with my own money) Bose A20 headset. Single-plug, military 5-ohm mic cord. Includes case and aux audio cord. Non-bluetooth. $700 shipped. If you're also interested in a civilian high-impedance mic/cord, let me know and we can probably workout a deal to include that, too. edit: pic hosting didn't work. pics below.

Hey folks...picked up a new assignment and giving the FSBO deal a shot. If you buy my house, I'll give you the Cub Cadet lawn tractor (and some Heinekens that fit perfectly in the cupholder) at no charge. Built in late 2017, semi-custom ranch home set in a the northern part of Ceniza Hills/Buena Vista. Easy commute to Laughlin, perfect access to the loop when it re-opens. No HOA so Wild West rules if you are into keeping junker cars and a barely-functional trampoline in your backyard. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/504-Silver-Sage-Dr-Del-Rio-TX-78840/228422165_zpid/?view=public

Hello, I am new to the forum and had a couple questions about the lifestyle of Guard/Reserve mobility pilots. I'm an Army officer (about to make O3) with 6 years in the guard, and I've heard that the AF pilot age has been extended to 33. I have always wanted to fly fixed-wings (no military aviation experience currently, I come from a CBRN background), and have been considering applying AF Guard/Reserves units when my Guard contract ends in 2 years. I have a couple questions about the lifestyle of Guard/Reserves Cargo or Tanker pilots, and I would really appreciate it if someone with knowledge in these areas could share some of their experience. Thank you for…
