The Bentwaters Cold War Museum (https://www.bcwm.org.uk/) in the UK was the victim of a theft of two patches recently, and I was hoping someone on here could help replace one of them. It is a 'Got Nukes?' patch with a 'Nuclear Operations' tab at the bottom... Believe it is a AFGSC patch, definitely post-Cold War but at this point that's not the point. I'd like to present a motion to remove the JQPublic Forum from BODN. I think JQP started out with an excellent mission - an insider exposing the many faults of our great service. However, I think it's very quickly morphed into a for-profit enterprise, with a diluted mission, and a very low signal to noise ratio. And now a pop up to ask for money. Looking to see if there is any interest in a group order for a custom USAF Pilot Bremont watch. I figure this would appeal to a wide crowd and not just limit it to a specific squadron or airframe. They have been making making custom watches for all the services and squadrons. They just recently made one for Naval Flight Surgeons. Story here. To me this reads like politicians trying to intimidate the appellate process... I remember reading about this case in the Stars and Stripes when the trial was happening and thinking the evidence sounded weak. I have a hard time imagining in the current environment that the NAF would overturn the conviction without good reason.
