  2. So what does it mean if it starts with PV? If mine is PV4AB CO does that mean my UPT is Columbus?
  3. So I’m currently driving to Columbus to drop off two of my vehicles about a week ahead of my PCS. But the information that I can pass along is that once your dates get loaded anybody in your CSS shop should be able to look at your MILPDS records and see what training you’re loaded for additionally, if you don’t know what base you got you can do the EFMP hack on VMPF essentially what you do is you start a new application and you go all the way to the end make sure you don’t hit submit and you will see your projected assignment and then once you see that just go ahead and remove your EFMP application. Lastly, from what my experience was, you’re gonna get an email from the transition flight at whatever base you’re going to to let you know that you’ve been scheduled for IPT and it will have the location on it. I know there are locations in Orlando Pensacola Atlanta, Denton, Texas, and San Marcos Texas. I don’t know if they’re still using the ones out in Arizona. Sorry for any typos I’m currently driving and using Siri
  4. So if your class starts with "SV" that is your projected UPT date and the letters on the back end (for example: "LJ") are the first two letters of the base PAS Code which in this case would be Laughlin. Vance would be "VH" and Columbus "CO". Your IPT class will only have the main UPT base attached. Based on some folks in IPT currently, the two locations for Laughlin are Denton, TX and San Marcos, TX. Only way to find that out is when you are in processing/know someone there who can tell you what location is slotted for that date. This is where folks earlier in the thread mentioned taking "strategic" leave prior to IPT if you want a specific location that your primary UPT base sends folks to.

  6. Oh actually if those are UPT start that's not bad. If that was IPT start it'd be brutal.
  7. Honestly about what I expected. Summer PCS, Fall IPT into Winter/early next year UPT
  8. Man those start dates are brutal (unless that's what you requested). Im still not showing anything yet but at this rate looks like I may be eyeing another reclama.
  9. SV8IPT LJ RNLTD 11 May IPT Start Date 26 June Anyone know if I can decode IPT location, or do I have to call?
  10. Mine just populated as well. PV4AB LJ with a start date of 21 Dec. UTM is out on leave this week lol
  11. Pilot. I talked to my UTM and they have no clue 🤷 I'm concerned its not until next year.
  12. What job did you get selected for? That’s your training dates. Go to your utm and they can look up the code in MILPDS
  13. My CDB just updated. Projected training now says: PV4AB CO, with a start date of Jan 2027. Can anyone help me interpret what this means?
  14. Geez sorry to hear you got rejected by your unit. Did they at least tell you where you were falling short? Your resume is long and impressive and you enlisted same as me with the intention of flying for your fighter unit so I'm a bit worried now at my chances with a much less impressive resume so far
  15. finally some good news 😂
  16. T1 is 99% dead this year. Not sure if the civ path to wings still exists either. Might all be moving the direction of IPT -> T6.

  18. Ah yes, the hardcore fucking of a... **checks markets**... 4% drawdown. From astronomical highs. Like the economic disaster from Ukraine? Or the social catastrophe that followed Maduro's capture? Or the military disaster of the summer attacks on Iran? How many times does the philosophy have to be wrong before you question the philosophy itself?
  19. Here is what Mr Trump thinks of you, your service, sacrifice, and your life should it end with his actions; a promotional appearance to sell hats.
  20. Probably What would / could we do if it was disclosed? Rhetorical and just putting myself into the shoes of US leadership right now, I’d probably suppress it. If any of the crew were killed, different story. I know one of the crew was injured on ejection (ejection itself has physical consequences too), I’d tell the Kuwaitis to be prepared to quietly and amply compensate them after hostilities are over. The primary objective is to win the war, military operation, collapse the regime, etc… I hate it, it is morally compromising and not a good but necessary thing for where we are now.
  21. Pretty sure it’s done as the T-1 is no longer training students. But I’ve been out of the game for a while so I could be wrong.
  22. Is the program still running? Tried searching and the most recent thing I could find was a graduating class in 2024 UPT 24-14 and XPW 24-15 Graduation > Air Education and Training Command > Article Display My neighbor's kids a pilot. And we talked about him possibly joining the 920th and the Accelerated Patch program.
  23. Hell, it beats the alternative!
  24. This is going to be an economic, social, and military disaster.
  25. The market is getting fucked this week based on oil spikes.

  28. Air Force waivers are (almost) always approved if you meet the waiver requirements. For LASIK this means, 20/20 acuity, 20/50 low contrast acuity, normal stereopsis, etc. It's really pretty routine today, although your pre-op refractive error is a little unusual for LASIK. Best of luck.
