I don't think any of them have closely held personal beliefs. It's akin to the flawed promotion mechanism we've all complained about in which "Yes" men will say or do anything they believe will advance their career. "My boss's values are my values." These same people would have advocated for segregation if it they thought it would please those who have the power to decide their future.

I never personally watched the videos - frankly I never cared for either of them so I wasn’t gonna waste my time. Seemed a bit self-aggrandizing to spend all this time filming this stuff when you could be out flying or leading the organization or taking care of your people, but I can’t personally speak to the content 🤷♂️ Like I am very happy to see Slife and Tony get what they deserve regardless of the pretext, but pushing DEI is literally the very last thing either should be fired for.
