  1. Also compared Jewish people in Israel to termites. Always good for a one-liner.
  2. Happened to run across this one…someone didn’t get the Air Mission memo. Also, apparently he knows better than the dispatchers at every airline. #knowledgable
  3. They may not choose to be somewhere else, but our system is causing us to get less for more spending. Our ability to develop and field capabilities severely hampered, and our military capability is no longer as dominantly ahead of others no matter how much cheer leading you want to do. Probably want to Read some more intel.
  4. We’re no longer definitively better, we’re moderately better if you’re going by capability. Thinking otherwise is some serious complacency or ignoring intel/open source. Our spending, while large, gets us less due to the waste in bureaucracy.
  5. He didn’t have to do anything to gain that notoriety that actually had any real effect. Just grandstanding interviews. No convictions. There are other people who crossed the party line to vote for impeachment that stated their reasons, and then quietly went about their business as legislators. Much more respectable than this.
  6. Nah, I dislike DT a lot, but also find this guy to be detestable. Instead of effective governance, he’s interested in self promotion and finally found a gravy train he can ride that doesn’t require any real conviction.

  8. So in airline news, AA management made a whole slew of procedural changes to include tasks during critical phases of flight, but provided no training on them except some vague distance learning videos. Then, after some objection they stated that “no one expects you to comply with 100% of the changes day one”…except that’s not how effective publication dates work.
  9. Good read. Also agree with many of these assessments, but it would be difficult for the AF to quantify actual leadership quantities so here we are again rewarding surface qualities.
  10. Let’s not forget that the power companies is CA can’t generate the amount of power required of them on a lot of days, so there is a decent demand for the home generated power.
  11. He was trying to make the change from swamp to outright nepotism.
  12. Just received this error in app as well.
  13. Regarding Twitter’s duty to protect free speech by Rep Khanna, D-CA https://www.wsj.com/articles/twitters-duty-to-protect-free-speech-elon-musk-social-media-democracy-new-york-post-ideas-freedom-11670281265
  14. The Dutch are an excellent team right now, for one. The youth and lack of experience showed in the defensive side, although size/strength of those positions probably also played into it. Ream and Dest did well back there, others seemed like liabilities. Need to refine offensive play, but showed exciting ability to put runs together.
  15. It was largely self congratulatory, and in reality they don’t have much to say. Here it is, in limited view; we can’t tell you anything about it, but we’re mostly on time. Hopefully we can make as many as planned.
  16. “There is traffic,Turn right, go east for a while and in shalla you will not crash.” My favorite in Kuwait.
  17. Yeah, took them long enough. Good change.
  18. No, we couldn’t possibly accommodate more than four teams in a playoff.
  19. Taking down their best player in the penalty area is not advisable.
