Those in society, who’s opinions matter on the topic, have deemed what a career attorney/politican did isn’t big enough to warrant criminal charges. The lack of action with regard to possible criminal conduct, or negligence, for senior ranking military personnel, almost never happens because they’re too powerful to be punished and the “optics” wouldn’t look good. It seems the only time that the branches want to go after a senior ranking person is when they want a scapegoat to take the fall to prevent more senior personnel from taking a negative hit.

Trump should use Hilary’s emails to build the wall, since no one can get over them.
