  1. And CNN or Fox News are no longer reputable news sources. They're theater.
  2. You're not lost, that dude hasn't put together a coherent sentence yet.
  3. That article is an interview with Nunes, you know, a first-hand admission. CNN, Fox News, they're not reputable news sources anymore. They publish/broadcast fervent speculation most likely to encourage their own fanbases with no attempt to practice journalism. If you turn down your CNN volume, you might be able to tell. I don't care for DJT particularly, but unlike you I don't have the blue koolaid lens of being a Democratic fanboy after that party has gone off the deep end. Since you didn't read past the first sentence, it actually hits several layers deeper than anything you've been hearing from Ted Turner's echo chamber: His assertion that the flip makes no sense goes right in line with the work from Frontline that Putin was just out to stick it to Hillary. https://player.pbs.org/viralplayer/3006005244 https://player.pbs.org/viralplayer/3006249956
  4. It would be nice to get some idea of how the program operates, e.g. is the VR solely for student chair flying and self-sim, or is there legit IP feedback with it during an official syllabus event?
  5. How have your news sources verified these “facts” you speak of?
  6. Sorry, too busy taking these reactions to Helsinki seriously to discuss. I think he isn’t very sophisticated, says things without thinking strategically, and is a megalomaniac...but the talking heads and their social media followings are worse.
  7. MiG-29K and SU-33, both super shitty versions of the land versions. So wieght limited by the ramp launch, they’re nearly useless.
  8. Listen, man, sometimes Army cooks have it tough.
  9. But seriously...I feel like you’ve been hanging out at the Deid cold grab n go.
  10. If you had heard him talk, you might have made the same mistake. He’s got like 6-9 adopted nieces and nephews amongst his “Strikers” that he will talk about any time he meets someone.
  11. We probably need a KC-46 first.
  12. Ready Aircrew Program. CAF baseline bean requirements to stay CMR. Administered via the RTM, an addendum to the vol 1.
  13. Devil’s advocate: to get more training hours/events/funding, there has to be a demand. The vol 1 and RTM provide that.
  14. I took a class on something about fundamentals of aviation where we learned about traffic patterns and used the sim taught by an AOC, but I don’t remember if I knew you could use them on your own.
  15. Hahahahahaha yeah. With the B-52 still in the late 80s. The Apaches have outpaced almost the entire AF fleet by three decades in tech. The whole AF is hurting man.
  16. It’s a good one, but my preference for the USAF effing their own photo still stands.
  17. Definitely doesn’t, but MAJCOM/A3 is apparently more worried about career progression on paper.
  18. True story, although when you can’t do a steep turn without stalling because decreasing UPT/FTU syllabus gives us dudes without the simple things like a crosscheck...maybe tactics are a bridge too far. Anecdote: our weapons shop are all brand new LTs aside from the patch(es). Keeps it interesting.
  19. I went through the reserve recruiter at my current AD base.
  20. Start the scroll ASAP. You should be able to do it by emailing the reserve recruiter; it can take ~4 months, and there’s no harm in having it done.
  21. Hey @HuggyU2, how many times have we tried retiring the U-2? I wouldn’t base your dream sheet on whether the Air Force thinks it might retire the JSTARS this week. If you think you will enjoy the mission, go for it.
