USAA wants that for a Model 3 for six months with a clean record. Of course that’s in Colorado, which has insane insurance rates due to the Front Range getting the most amount of hail in the U.S.

State Farm wants $942 for six months with $250/$250 comprehensive (w/glass)/collision deductible. With USAA they want $1410 for six months for similar coverage.

Anyone insure an electric vehicle (e.g., Tesla Model 3) with USAA? For a clean record and being a member for 22 years the rates I'm getting compared to State Farm are insane.

Navy Fed has been great. I only use USAA for insurance now since they’re still cheap for me.

People are confusing Putin and his regime with all Russians by including them together. That couldn’t be further from the truth. One could see that by watching the current protests throughout Russia against the invasion.

Is it logical? Of course not, but it’s China. This is also the same state that was welding people into their homes when the pandemic started, after initially denying it was a new virus. If they don’t turn Russia into glass, expect a massive conventional assault against Russia. As we’ve already seen with their military against Ukraine, that won’t go well for Russia.

That’s not exactly true. You have to file and the VA has to determine it’s not allergies, even while you have history of sinusitis while on active duty.

The maximum educational benefits the VA can offer is up to 48 months. When I first started VR&E in 2017, I had a few months remaining of my Post 9/11. I in essence had to forfeit the remainder of my Post 9/11 to use VR&E. That didn’t matter to me at the time since VR&E was going to pay much longer than what I had left in my Post 9/11. Last year the VA sent me a letter saying I was going to be credited with the remainder of my Post 9/11 again due to their rule change. If you have at least one day of Post 9/11 G.I. Bill left, and you have at least one class that’s on campus, then you get the allowance based on zip code. If it’s straight online, you get the online rate, which is like $900ish per month. If you do VR&E you could give the G.I. Bill to your dependents, or max perform to 48 months of benefits instead of the 36 months the G.I. Bill gives you.

After watching this invasion, filtering out the trolls that are on Reddit/Twitter misinformation, I’m convinced that absent help from China and not lobbing nukes, Russia would severely get their asses beat by the U.S. in a conventional war. Their training is obviously shit and it sends a message that Russian commanders have such little faith in their conscript troops that they follow them around with mobile crematoriums once they’re killed.
