They won their only game with him out in a hostile environment. So we'll continue to wait and see. FSU defense is allowing roughly 14 points a game. Michigan and OSU haven't played anyone except each other, hard to argue that Penn State is decent. OSU barely escaped a Notre Dame team with 10 players that got beat soundly by both Louisville and Clemson. Guess we'll see what the committee thinks tonight. In history, no undefeated P5 team has ever missed the CFP. Only one team who was undefeated has been ranked behind a one loss team in the CFP Rankings - FSU in '14. Who is your team by the way? Or the signs that were all over the university in Trashville that said "Welcome, break a leg" or had a depiction of Jordan Travis hanging from a noose... Stay classy gainesville. They've had three losing seasons in a row for the first time in 75 years. And it feels great, about as great as their recruits decommitting.

Karma punch? Expound. And fortunately Mike Elko took that garbage job.

Not since 1998 have this many teams remained unbeaten at this point in the season. Winner of this weekend's OSU/UM game is clearly in. I don't think the loser has a chance. Winner of Alabama and Georgia in next week's SEC Championship game is in. Georgia, if it loses close, can still get in. If Washington wins out they are in. If Oregon beats them, they are probably in. I don't know about Texas. Technically they should be in if Alabama beats Georgia due to head-to-head, but Alabama looks to be the better team now. I don't know how that'll be viewed. FSU may be out even if they win out due to the CFP committee taking into account Jordan Travis' season ending injury. We still have two weeks of football to let things settle out.

Kind of like Michigan... When Rutgers has been your toughest opponent, something is shady. But not as shady as Connor Stallions! CFP Poll is out and its OSU, UGA, UM, and FSU. Washington and Oregon round out five and six. I think all six controls their own destiny.

Agreed, its really hard to ask teams to stay unbeaten for a whole season - And I think at least one more team will fall in addition to the OSU/UM loser. We still have 1/3 of the regular season remaining.

First CFP rankings come out tomorrow. Only a couple unbeatens left. Was fortunate enough to fly out from San Diego to see FSU at Wake this weekend and it was fun to watch. Our offense and defense look like they're both getting better. Interesting WTF is happening with Michigan - Some shady stuff for sure.

A lot of questionable officiating, even more questionable coaching decisions - No taking a knee? Inexcusable. I hate Miami, but I feel bad for their coach letting down their players. And Arizona not going for 2 in the first OT? Wow. Interested to see Oregon and Washington this coming Saturday. That winner is very possibly playing in the CFP. I think Texas plays OU again for the Big 12 championship and that team goes to the CFP due to the strength of schedule remaining for both. Seems like UGA and Michigan finally found their rhythm and both look menacing from their Saturday performances. I don't think FSU will get a mulligan. They have to win out and win the ACCCG to get to the CFP.

Several teams thought to be dominant didn't perform well this week, only winning by 7 - USC, Washington, UGA... Plus all those "strong" PAC-12 teams will play each other and doubtful that anyone comes out unscathed. I think Michigan is currently the team that looks most complete, but very hard to tell given their week schedule. Looking forward to Saturday. Disappointed that Duke couldn't pull it off against ND to show OSU is overrated and unfortunately they went from ACC contenders to probably bowl eligible losing their QB for more than a couple weeks.

Yep, critical mistake. I'm curious how strong OSU and ND actually are. Will be following the ND @ Duke game closely this weekend. And unfortunately, it looks like FSU's third portion of the season is turning out to be much more challenging than originally anticipated. Six ACC teams are 4-0 which is the first time that's happened in any conference since the SEC in 2010. Maybe its because I'm not a Bama or Clemson or Georgia fan, and our dynasty is long removed, but the new age of conference football has seemingly made it more exciting with the apparent parity.

How is Michigan not getting punished for not playing anyone?

Any y'all seen an F-35?
We have a thing called "modal confusion" where a student gets behind the jet and doesn't realize what mode they are in - 1 or 4. Has resulted in a few close calls. One should never be "in the hover" in IMC though.

Valid. Initially I didn't care for the NIL and a 12 team playoff, but I think in the end it'll make the sport a lot more exciting, with more parity, and will open up NC opportunities for more than just 6-8 teams every year.

FSU was pretty dominant for nearly 15 years with Bobby Bowden. Granted we didn't win 6 or 7 championships like Saban has, but we played for that many.

Yeah, you can't just recruit kids to keep them from playing elsewhere anymore.

I feel like we're seeing what happened to FSU in the early 2000's happening to Alabama. Of course they're Alabama, so that might not be true... But I can definitely see some parallels between Bowden and Saban.

Our AirBnB has no current bookings for the month but netted $6k last month. My wife is annoyed since that's one of her forms of income. Fortunately it's just our pool house in the back yard so we don't need that income but it's certainly looking like the past couple years won't continue into the future. I hope those that FOMO'd into the STR business in the past year or two aren't f***ed, but it's looking that way if one bought one or more homes just for STRs. They're going to have to transition to long term rent or sell and walk away with any potential equity they have.

It took us a half to iron out the kinks, but once we did we looked strong. After Clemson getting destroyed by Duke last night, we'll be favored in every game from here on out. I don't like that we've got a target on our back from every team we'll play, but I'll take this over any season since 2014.

COVID-19 (Aka China Virus)
Decades of data isn't important? I was thinking earlier when speaking to my wife, Big Pharma may have won this one with regards to profits, but I think the skepticism that they have caused for a large portion of the population may cause them to lose in the long run unless aided by the government and CDC with regards to mandatory vaccinations for children to attend public school. For my daughter, five years old now born in 2018, I never questioned any of the vaccinations because I received all of mine and had no issues. I even thought those against vaccines were completely off base. During and post covid due to the forced vaccinations I started doing research, including The Real Anthony Fauci, which I highly recommend. I have a two month old son and am questioning some of the thought here by the official recommendations. For myself, born in 1984, I required DTP, OPV, MMR, and Td. That is four vaccines. Look at someone born in 2018 it is now 15 different vaccinations and 72 doses. The first, HepB is given at birth and was designed for homosexual men who were having intercourse to prevent the spread of the virus. Why does a newborn need that? Answer - In 1986 a law was passed giving vaccine manufacturers legal immunity. Don't you think that to be odd?
