Not CPAP/OSA related, but RILO/MEB/C1 process for severe arthritis in my back took 15 months. Caveat: I was at 17 years when diagnosed, and I'm pretty sure my doc drug the process out to get me to 18/"sanctuary".

High number of pax only if everyone has a seat and there's no cargo. USAF carries 92 pax max, and up to a max gross weight of 155k (175k wartime). If there was cargo and pax onboard, the pax were likely sitting on the floor/on each other's lap.

BS. Handle it yourself, and only get your commander involved when all else fails. People need to start acting like grown ups and quit running to the CC or CCF with every little issue...

The other option (not a good one) is to go on the assignment unaccompanied. I only mention it FYSA, because when I got orders to Yokota, my son was denied medical clearance and AFPC attempted to force me to go unaccompanied for 2 years.
