UFB After spending six months in MX I am convinced that the mindset problem in the USAF is not in OPS or MX. This confirms my thought process. Johnny is a real fast burner in MSG, we need him desperately at the A1 so we can craft the next PT policy that will clearly solve our woes. Although I will say I did get a call back from the FSS Ops O today saying he would look into our problem with the indoor track at Cannon. For some reason running indoors over 20 laps adds :50 to an average run time, so maybe there is hope. Not bagging on you Weezer just find it odd that joint jobs are less desirable than HAF jobs.

ITZ 2x FGO OTY at Sq level. #2 as FGO PRO OTY at the Group Level. FGO OTQ at the GP level. Numerous category 1b levil strats. 2/7 squadron ccs and 2/14 joint O4s Two squadron commands under my belt while deployed. Currently commanding 130 folks in Maintenance Operations. Absolutely no overall major strats.

My OPR closed out in Dec. “2/10 Maj’s in YG” WG/CC. 1/3 in YG OG/CC. PRF result: 4/13 I/APZ... if I had one more DP to give... It’s going to be a long six months. Especially with cyber bros having billions of dollars in impact. Timing is everything. I’ve never been good at that.

U-28s rock. The lifestyle is rough but man it has been a ride. TAMI-21 messed me over as well but it has been a great experience overall. Put what you truly want and realize you may get it and then get it taken away from you.

AFI 36-3003 4.1.1.7. Leave Begins and Ends in the Local Area. The local area is the place where the member lives and from which he or she commutes to the duty station. Charge leave forduty days and non-duty days (for example, Friday through Monday) when members take leave on the day before and the day after non-duty days. This applies to leave taken in the local area. Exception: When a member’s leave ends on a day before a non-duty day, the commander may authorize leave on the next duty day for an emergency situation and not charge leave for the non-duty days. If the member knew of the emergency situation before his or her departure on the original leave, charge the member leave for the weekend or other non-duty days. TLDR: Can't take leave Fri and the following Monday without taking four days. Stupid rule.

Just a thought... wouldn't the shift to a summer board for O-5 cut down on Narrative Only PRFs for people going to school? Typically folks PCS and get a NO, now SRs can actually divvy out DPs to shiny pennies instead of taking their chances with the school MLR or whatever that process is.
