Make a program similar to the FFDO program. If there is no $$$$ for a FFDO type program then there are tons of programs that teachers could attend at their cost...I'm certain there are plenty of people who would gladly do this. If the school can't afford full time security (which a majority can not, and our government certainly can't either) this is the best option.
