  1. I was referring to the poster VAPA-Rick on glocktalk.com being PYB. On PYB, he even mentions that he founded VAPA. PYB and VAPA-Rick use similar logic and just sound too similiar to not be the same person. But, I have been wrong before...
  2. After reading the following thread on glocktalk.com, there is pretty much zero doubt left in my mind that FallingOsh nailed it wrt who PYB is: http://www.glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1434318.
  3. According to http://registrar.fsu...al/facultyr.htm: Rynearson, Richard L., III, B.A., Assistant in Aerospace Studies On PYB, his bio says he has a B.A. degree from Florida State U. Coincidence?
  4. Didn't see the link to this video posted here yet: http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/fox-news-sunday-chris-wallace/2013/01/27/retired-us-officers-react-pentagon-lifting-ban-women-combat#p//v/2122995182001
  5. For purposes of OPR/EPR writing, can we still reference Op NEW DAWN for actions after 31 Dec 11? Is OND still a named operation? I have found conflicting guidance when looking at DOD/AFCENT/CENTCOM regulations/instructions.
  6. I've been out here for a few weeks and I think most people here would agree that she is approaching a 1. YMMV...
  7. But alcohol is involved, so you are offending those who abstain //sarcasm
  8. Looking for some advice: My wife had a traditional 401K with her previous employer. She has since moved on to a new employer. We rolled over the amount from the traditional 401K into a USAA Roth IRA and attempted to pay tax on it so it could grow interest free in the new Roth account. For whatever reason, when the transfer was made, no taxes were taken out. This happened in the 2011 calendar year. What are my options?
  9. I wonder what was going through Skeletor II's brain 6-9 seconds after he found out that Welsh reversed (for lack of a better term) his Blues Monday policy...
  10. It varies. It's pretty easy to blow through the tests--just keep taking them until you pass--each section usually has a 20-question bank and you need to get at least 5 out of 6 to pass. Some of the ILAs and exercises take a lot of time because the feedback is terrible and it doesn't really help guide you in the right direction. I'd say I've been doing 2-3 hours a week on the self-paced sections.
  11. I started 6.0 and have completed 7 self-paced sections and 2 applied sections and it has taken about 2.5 months so far. 1 more self-paced section and 2 more applied sections to go--can't wait to be done.

  16. Could this little episode be the storyline for a new Dos Gringos song?
