  1. Saying something when FSU is our only hope this weekend!
  2. He should. During his tenure the FBI was weaponized into an arm of the DNC.
  3. Your standard tactic when confronted with the horrific actions of your party...counter with something a FORMER aide said he did. You can never admit of confront the evil. Trump sucks, I've said it a thousand times, but the DNC has no limits to what they will do to retain power.
  4. Today we have ANOTHER demonstration of the EVIL that the DNC has become. They seem to have no limits to their contempt and corruption. We started down an ugly path under Obama when the IRS started targeting conservative groups. They malfeasance grew when the FBI invented FISA warrants to spy on a Presidential candidate, Then the intelligence community sought to suppress what they knew was a real laptop story. When the DOJ decided to wage lawfare against a political opponent I thought we found the limit of their evil...sadly we now they will punish individual Americans in their greatest time of need, simply because they have a different political ideology. FEMA official removed from role for directing hurricane relief away from Trump supporters' homes This traitor actually instructed workers canvassing Lake Placid in Florida to "avoid homes advertising Trump." What evil must circle in his consciousness. Interestingly he was only "removed" from his role but remains an employee of FEMA. Disgusting.
  5. Mattis is a different animal, he actually has ethics.
  6. It wasn't just the candidate, it was the policies, Joe would have lost this election as well. The open border, paying for transition surgery for illegals and prison inmates, wokeism, green new deal, govt spending, lawfare, openly supporting suppression of Constitutional rights like free speech. Don't get me wrong, unrestrained conservative policies can be just as bad, but after four years of the DNC running amok, the people were so soured that they overlooked the abortion issue and reelected the Orange Man.
  7. The election is dominating the news cycle but the think tanks and watchers are shooting up red flares. Highly recommend the Institute for the Study of War, they have a daily summary daily summary that is very detailed. Also, get outside of the U.S. based news agencies, some of the sites based int he Middle East have excellent reporting. A couple of key indicators: - Iran observed moving more missiles into launch position. (Open source reporting) - Intel reports Iran plan to use some of their better capabilities (different missiles and bigger warheads), this time. (Wall Street Journal - 12 F-15Es did a hasty deployment to Jordan two days ago. US F-15 Strike Eagle fighter jets en route to Middle East ahead of possible Iranian retaliatory attack on Israel: report (New York Post) - RC-135 Rivet Joint arrived in Jordan 12 hours ago. (OSINT Defender) - Iraq is now a center of gravity as Qatar tells Hamas to move HQ out of Qatar. (ISOW) - Hezbollah ramping attacks as well, used a Fateh-110 ballistic missile for the first time. (Open source). - Iran said planning to use more powerful weapons in next attack on Israel (Axios) - Iran’s IRGC plans ‘complex’ retaliation to Israel: What we know (AL Monitor) There are several X pages that do an incredible job (almost too good), of collecting and collating open source information and presented it with context.
  8. Iran about to go high order on Israel again...
  9. She is reasoned and even keeled. When she ran against him she was VERY careful not to trash him. Instead, her main tag line was Chaos follows him, which is nuanced enough not to insult him. All the GOP folks are high-fiving thinking they have a giant mandate but things always go wrong and many of them are more self-serving than Nikki Haley, when jobs and other cuts start to impact individual districts blood will be shed. Think back to 2016-2018...they had Trump, the House and the Senate and they still could not get some big things signed into law. Aside from sealing the border there has to be some legislation to address the situation, that will take compromise. There is also the pesky national debt...Trump campaigned on keeping taxes low, not taxing tips, not taxing overtime...those things add up. I hope he follows up with Elon and cuts the size of the Fed Govt....but again that will take compromise.
  10. One of the most telling images of the evening. Break Break....WTF is up with Arizona and Nevada, still counting votes 2.5 days later (Arizona is still at 69%), Florida counted all their votes in 2.5 hours.
  11. Because she ran against him?
  12. She is balance and discipline which he does not have.
  13. I believe he has a deal with Gaetz to be AG. Will be interesting to see if he brings RFK into a complementary role with Massie, he certainly has a healthy living/healthy food agenda.
  14. If he was smart he would bring Nicki Halley in to be Sec State. Would not be surprised to see him bring Chris Miller back to be the SECDEF. FBI won't change unless he fires Wray, he still has seven years left on his term...that being said he does have a propensity to fire people and Wray has been part of the broken FBI machine.
  15. We are in violent agreement, everyday Russia continues the fight against Ukraine helps weaken them for a generation.

  18. One of the mistakes we make is to analyze adversary actions as if they are rationale actors...or that they make choices and decisions using the our metrics and guardrails. Putin has proven time and time again that he will accept extreme risk in the pursuit of short-term gains, especially when it comes to retribution. Two cases in point: 1. On 1 November 2006, Putin authorized the assassination of Alexander Litvinenko using Polonium 210 and UK SOIL. 2. In March 2018 authorized another assassination this time targeting Sergei Skripal, a British citizen who used to work as a Russian intelligence officer, and his daughter, Yulia, nearly died after coming into contact with Novichok, a military-grade nerve agent originally developed by the former Soviet Union. Take a step back and think about that, Putin used nuclear and chemical weapons on the sovereign soil of the UK, our closest NATO ally. Perhaps I've read the reports wrong but the story about the airplanes does not indicate they were trying to down the cargo planes, instead they wanted them to catch fire on the ground and cause chaos. I am guessing the devices were sophisticated a small but important distinction. There is much we will never know but the point is Putin is not afraid to make dangerous moves well outside the norms of the world order.
  19. its over, Trump wins.
  20. With the election a hugely under reported story. As you said, this is an act of war.
  21. You have very valid questions and observations. Obviously Putin horribly underestimated Ukraine and world resolve to help them and Russia has paid a horrific price for his decisions. That being said I don't think his entire play on Ukraine was to have a launching pad for the rest of Europe. If Putin gets Ukraine he will own the bread basket of Europe and have another major bargaining ship to shape the behavior of other countries. He is already doing that with energy, control the food supply as well and he has some big sticks to get his way.
