That's a good looking watch. I'll have to jump in if there's another order some day.

Diversity AFI
I think you're not focusing enough on your primary job from the fact that you found, read, and want to discuss this AFI.

Another rumor from ACSC... Practice bleeding (PME correspondence + residence) to stop. No word yet on how they will implement this, but my very simple suggestion would be to not allow enrollment in the appropriate correspondence course until after someone is no longer eligible for their residence PME course. Also, for those on the fence about the OLMP vs a TUIUIUIUI master's degree...in addition to AAD credit and 3-7 courses of ACSC correspondence completion...it offers another very significant benefit to those who go to ACSC in residence. PM for details.

Adderall use but not prescibed? what are my chances?
If you think you need drugs to make it through the "stress" of high school, then you're definitely not going to make it in the military or pilot training.

Perfect example of why cultural change is so difficult.

Gen Welsh - USAF Chief of Staff
Y'all do understand that culture change takes a lot of effort from more than just a leader, right? Yes, the leader sets the tone, but the rest of us need to do our part to fix the broken shit. Every one of us has far more power to fix things than we think. Focus on making things better for your bros instead of what makes you look good. If you see a problem, come up with a solution that solves it in the simplest way possible. Take the time to document how you solved the problem so when the next dude takes over your additional duty from you, he can continue what you started. It takes real work from each of us to fix things within our areas. That might mean you have to stay late some nights. It might take you several months to get to the root cause of the problem. More than likely, it is a cultural problem...the most often problems I've seen are: "I'm just a Lt/wingman/copilot/fill-in-the-blank"; "It's not my job to fix that"; "We don't have the resources/manpower/knowledge to fix that." Guess what? Every last one of those problems is an excuse and a deeply-seated cultural problem within our units, commands, and entire force structure. And cultural problems are devilish to fix. "Leadership is all around you on the ground. Pick it up and do something good with it." -- former Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Paul W. Airey.

Motion/Airsickness (Barany Chair)
Any base with an aerospace physiology element (or a chamber) should have one...and you sell it because they get the training on making you puke free since '93.

New Fitness Rules
I know it is only my part of the microcosm but all my Os and Es know they can take 90 min 3x a week. All I ask of them is they tell me that is why they are arriving late, leaving early, or taking a long lunch. If they take 90 min every day...good on them, and I have always held that personal workout time = duty since the reg requires fitness as part of your duties. Every CC I've had supported a similar policy. If your boss can't give you the time, they are a douche.

SOS/ACSC information
Stats won't tell you shit. It is all about what you do, who you work for, and a little luck and timing to top it off. Work hard and you might get the push. Maybe not.

SOS/ACSC information
Similar. You have two real choices: 1) Drop your current concentration and re-enroll in the JW concentration. To do this, you just email the registrar after your current course is posted and ask to dis-enroll. Then you email the registrar and ask to re-enroll, but in the JW. This will add four courses to your remaining studies (the four JW electives). You can get ACSC completion as soon as you finish all seven of the "ACSC" courses...you have to email the registrar and ask they update your record (this is not published anywhere). They will email the person in another office who updates your record to reflect ACSC in correspondence. 2) Finish the OL concentration and get your AAD + three of seven ACSC "credits." Enroll in ACSC 6.0 to finish the remaining four ACSC courses. This is probably the easiest method.

Promotion and PRF Information
My BAC+ took about a month to update. It's been a few years, but IIRC, you have to review your preselection brief (like a SURF, but with things masked, like deployments) approximately three months before the board.
