I can't speak for everyone, but I know a sure fire way to get me to at least consider the bonus: Get rid of 365 deployments. I can deal with the queep, the SARC classes, the Freedom of Religion CBTs, and whatever other shit you can throw at me to try to get me to feel less like a pilot, but what I can't deal with is the potential kick in the junk of being away from my family for a year. You want to keep talent in the AF? Stop sending them to Bumfuckistan for a year to train pilots who couldn't care less whether they were flying planes or herding goats. There's no amount of cash on this planet that would get me to take that.

Still not sure why the Enlisted get a SCOD for their rack/stack.. but we're stuck with the, "We strated a guy who left 4 months ago #1.. so..." How about we close out OPRs a few months before promotion broads, and work assignments around it. Sure, there's still some folks who would get screwed, but that's just how it is sometimes. The vast majority of folks would work out better.

A few months ago my staff job O-6 told a few of us that since they haven't been specifically told that they can't use it to rack/stack people that he and others are still using it as one of their metrics.

Ever seen Charlie's War? I recommend finding 100 volunteers and 100 busses, and driving people who aren't likely to vote down to the primary in March. That, and get the word out at local bases and ROTC events. Also, go easy on the military experience...your page reads like an OPR a lot of bold claims but not much substance other than that you want to fix our country. Find out who supports your opponent and see if you can get their support. Good luck.
