As of tonight, I'm getting these two pages when I try to go to the forums main page. I'm using Firefox 23.0.1 on OS X 10.6.8 And when I click "Why was this page blocked?"

Anybody else having issues with the "View New Content' option? It's hit or miss for me - checked on both Mozilla (v31.0) and IE11. Cookies are enabled and this is a factor when signed in. When I hit "View New Content" I generally get a "Sorry, no new content found." message. However, when I click to the forums, there are plenty of unread threads. Occasionally it will turn up threads with the New Content option, but generally not all of the unread messages. After selecting the function and receiving the "no new content" message, I can go to the BO app and have it successfully return all the unread messages.

Type "flying squadron forums" into search bar. Google results will come up. Click on the obvious link to the base ops forums. Tell me if I'm the only one who gets redirected to random sights?

Is there anyway to remove a 'Like' accidentally given to a post? I can remove the reputation point from the poster, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to remove the actual 'Like!' Cheers! M2

I am getting a database error when I try to open a thread in General Discussion. Not sure if it's temporary or not, but it's been occuring for the last 5 minutes for me.

I'm trying to get in touch with someone at Baseops to place some advertisements, but no one has responded to multiple messages through their feedback form or Facebook messaging. The buyads.com link on the "advertise" page links to a dead location. Anyone have an idea of who to talk to about advertising since Rich has passed (RIP)? I see the site has been recently updated, so someone must be putting some time into it. Cheers.

Went to do a search for PRK in the medical forum and received the following error message: Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. The error returned was: One or all of your search keywords were below 4 characters or you searched for words which are not allowed, such as 'html', 'img', etc, please go back and increase the length of these search keywords or choose different keywords.

Did anyone have any log in issues w/ this new server? I had to re-registar for this sign in, b/c I can't seem to access my other username even though it does still exsist. I got the email, vailidated and got the temporary password which the server doesn't reconize. Any ideas?

At some point over the past few weeks (maybe even months), for any Baseops page I open, the top tab continues to spin as if the page is still trying to load. The page is fully functional, but it's as if it's still trying to load up. It only happens with Baseops (forums and main pages), no other pages. It only happens with Mozilla (29.0), I'm using Windows 7. I've looked at the Mozilla FAQs and nothing seems to fit (it addresses the spinning, but only for websites that don't open or completely lock up).

So I fucked up and changed my theme from IP.Board to IP.Board (Pre 3.2). I can only post from my phone now and I can't seem to find the Change theme button in this format. Anyone have ideas for switching it back?

It's not an important issue but thought I'd mention it. Every time I try to vote a post up (the little green circle with a + in it), I get the error: Action failed: You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day. Is my quota 0 or is it broken?

This is what I get when I click on this thread. No problems with any other thread. If your e-mail address is wrong on your baseops profile, and you get a "private" message in our personal message system, the e-mail bounces back to our system and clogs up the e-mail system. It takes a lot of extra time to clean that up, plus I don't wanna see Matmacwc talk to Deaddebate about getting crabs from a hooker in bangkok. But on a serious note, there's no need to jam up the server with bounce-back emails, so when you get the chance, please check your e-mail address in your profile. Or you can shut off e-mail notifications when you get a PM by clicking your name on the top right hand corner of this screen, and then choose "My Settings", then click "Notificat…

I've noticed after downloading the new iOS that when I click on a link in a thread, the new page that opens up doesn't have a back button or any other navigation options that let you get back to the thread you were reading. I have to go all the way out and open BODN back up. I'm sure somebody else out there much smarter than me has figured out how to get back.

Anyone else with a Mac getting a malware warning when trying to access the Baseops.net jobs page at www.guardreservejobs.com?

ALCON, If a thread you either started or frequent has suddenly gone missing, please let me know so I can repair it. Requests made prior to 2300Z today will most likely be dealt with today. Anything after that may take a while, since I'm mid-PCS. Thanks!

Hope everybody is happy to see BODN back! There were a lot of attacks occurring over the past few weeks. Today I was finally able to get access to the server side, unfortunately about 4 hours too late. Fortunately, I have been able to get the server restarted! So, there may be some down time and some new/different looking icons over the next 24 hours as I run much needed updates to our server.

Sorry guys - we are working on the forums errors right now. We'll be upgrading the host hardware shortly..
