  2. Saw this article pop up on reddit. https://www.govexec.com/pay-benefits/2025/06/new-pay-claims-active-duty-federal-employees-possible-after-supreme-court-decision/406131/ I'm a sucker on AD and definitely not smart enough to understand court speak but seems like it might apply to some of y'all to go get some extra pay. "The court ruled on April 30 in its Feliciano v. Department of Transportation decision that military reservists called up to active duty during a national emergency are entitled to the difference between their military and civilian salaries regardless of whether that service was substantially connected to the emergency in question."
  3. That was reporting confirming the initial nights strike. It was worded very strange as he was speaking it. They did strike near the dearest supreme leaders suspected location again apparently.

  5. Dare to dream… This would be great considering all their staffers are having to “work from home” the last 36 hours or so. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Within the last hour the IDF targeted Ali Khamenei's bunker in the mountains possibly eliminating all of the 30 senior leaders of the IRGC.
  7. Nope....at least from the updated picture.
  8. Exactly right.
  9. I'm not convinced that the first photo is a submunition for a number of reasons. It could possibly be one of many (20 or so) Ballistic Missile Warhead - Deployable Penetration AIDs/Decoys?
  10. Yes, but I think you're thinking of the other classic: Missile Command
  11. Hearkens back to the Blitz in WW2. Interestingly Hezbollah has not fired a single shot at Israel! The attack on the hospital may be a tipping point, pictures now show the Iranians used cluster munitions on the hospital.

  13. That’s because we mistakenly thought the Afghans could read… I mean TV signal is just TV signal. And it’s really easy to out broadcast your opponents propaganda source when your opponent signal tower is a bent pile of burnt metal and you are orbiting above their capital with impunity. It’s funny that people on the other side keep posting videos of Tehran like “the lights are still on!” Yeah… we wouldn’t want you to miss anything. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Pretty sure we did the same thing in the gulf wars with EC-130's
  15. I don't. The Paks were terrible "allies" and the ISI did play both sides (US & AQ & even Taliban). I'd label Pakistan a passive adversary. But what Iran did was use state funded university engineers to design weapons specifically to increase IED lethality, then send IRGC commandos into Iraq to train/advise/assist Shia militia employing those weapons against us. They killed hundreds of our guys, we knew it & could prove it, and on a tactical level guys made valiant efforts to fight it. But at a senior level, we let it happen because decisive reprisal was a bridge to far for the feckless Bush administration. Lawman is right about events since then shaping the present battle space advantageously. But those things left an impression on me and it stuck. What do you think? Do you think Pakistan was a more disruptive influence than Iran? I didn't play in OEF till 09, it was all OIF 04-08 so there's a lot I don't know about Pak influence.
  16. We just drop leaflets
  17. Jesus… This is like a Master level course on how to conduct multi domain warfare https://x.com/i/web/status/1935406006344822975 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. What it should do it remind a lot of our Intel people, and more importantly “Theirs” that Air Supremacy is still achievable and our quiver of options may be just as brutally effective. 96 hours to full and total disintegration… if I’m a Red commander I’m not thinking how quickly and how much can you do across a body of water under that kind of a time table. 19. Concur. But don’t think D-SEAD (didn’t we use to just call that DEAD) nor EA has been the game changer. If I had to guess, there is some serious non-kinetics/cyber employed that have allowed Israel to so quickly degrade Iranian IADS. Whatever it is - good on em’!
  20. Gotcha, tactical retreat vs turned into twisted parts. I was surprised the Russians didn’t push them or kinda make it a deal or no deal offer for their MiG-35. They need / want to keep MiG in business and as they only operate them for one of their aero teams, I figured they would tell them after X number of drones delivered it’s this or nothing. As they already have 29s, seems like a way of telling them these are the planes you really want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. Russia got their drones, Iran never got their ghost airframes they were promised. There were MIG-29's scrambling the first night but they all flew south from what i've seen.
  23. Yesterday
  24. Didn’t the Iranians get Flanker 35s in exchange for drones with Russians? Ran away or still being hidden? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I think the day the F-35 has an actual airplane to its credit, they’ll wish more than anything that it hadn’t. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  26. Yeah, persistent presence missions I agree will mostly be filled by unmanned systems but I’ll still argue for the need for some manned capabilities, particularly for dynamic/short term missions, what exactly that looks like is not my call but I see an overlapping of effects required in major future conflicts, a sensor-shooter-node in the link of systems, being optionally manned gives you the best of both worlds IMO.
  27. I do. Fuck Pakistan; they’re right up there with Iran on the list of POS countries that deserve far worse than what they’ve actually received.
