Was talking about the flyby if you didn’t see it number four was way out of position trying to recover towards the end and it looks like the Eagles are gonna be there.  To be honest, not much of an NFL fan but interestingly enough, my son is a Clemson grad and was there for their two championships and I did not even know Will Shipley was with the Eagles.  Who would of thunk it!

Shout out to the retired petty officer singing the national anthem and the B2 right on time for the AFC championship!

#4 on the flyover gave me a chuckle.  Even one of the civilians at my local asked, “why is that one plane so far from the others?”

Come on #4….get in position…..old guy here, get off my lawn!

I was yelling at the TV screen "Come on Dude!"...my family all looked at me with tilted noggins.

Credit where credit is due:

At least 4 didn't save an overshoot with a lag roll on network TV.  I mean, that's something, right?

Haha, good memory!!  When was that?  10 years ago?  And weren't those F-15C's?

As for the video above... they had an Eagle as primary, but decided to put in Fighting Falcons as secondary???

This is the spatial-d in vmc lag roll buffoonery I think you're referring to:

Good find. I had never seen the full video, only the one that showed the last bit.
That wingman sucked. He's probably the OG/CC now.

Or it was an OG, better yet Senior Officer Course grad, at the stick!

NFL Refs stepped in to scratch the Eagle in fear of putting KC ratings show at a disadvantage and angering the Swifties.

He needed to log a few extra rejoins for the year.

It never fails...

a guy in the squadron knows the players involved in the flyover. More to the story as always.

A quote from a great U-2 pilot, who is a master story teller:

"Aviation is difficult, but we do it well...and when we do it well, it looks easy...and when it looks easy, it looks unimportant."
