Way to go Park Police. Part of me sees this as perfect test case. My guess is they'll eff with him for a few months and let him rack up big legal bills then either drop the case outright to moot the case or offer some bs plea deal that waives his right to appeal.

I heard a story once of a TDY to Cali from a nearby state where all of a sudden during prep for the late afternoon go, a bunch of the sweaties tore off back to the base lodging they were staying in. They apparently came back pretty quick and when questioned WTF somebody had some random excuse. Turns out rumor got around that base authorities were looking for personal firearms in lodging....
