Isn't that just nomenclature for trying to use a piddle pack on a pond crossing with a poopy suit?
A recent New York Times profile said that as a staffer for the House Committee on Armed Services, she was nicknamed "sledge" for the sledgehammer approach she took to the job.

The wing-walking is much more challenging on an F-16 than the standard bi-plane.

She seemed to have a good sense of humor about it. Also notable that she jumped in for a regular practice, not a special flight…so she experienced what the T-Birds & F-16 can do without causing extra funds or (too much) additional hassle on the unit. I like this SECAF.
