Apparently you didn’t read the Mueller Report? https://www.justice.gov/archives/sco/file/1373816/download

Yeah, they just interfere with court martials and due process of the accused (Amos with the Marines who pissed on the dead insurgent) and make, or allow, poor leadership decisions that violate safety and cost Marines their lives (Camp Bastion Attack).

Only if you’re Enlisted. Officers get “forced” retired and obviously enough Senators didn’t give a shit about a private matter to removed Clinton.
-
They’re also receiving shots of J&J, due to Moderna not providing enough.
-
So, like Clinton’s impeachment for lying about banging/getting a blowie from an intern?
-
Well the DOJ couldn’t legally indict a sitting president due to OLC “rule”, but since the House voted to impeach, that was considered somewhat of an indictment.

Pfizer #2 yesterday. No side effect other than a sore arm like #1 gave me. The 5G reception has improved though.

Allegations or charges? I can allege anyone to commit a crime, but if any level of prosecutor doesn't indict or a judge/jury doesn't find them guilty, they're just nothing more than allegations.

Doesn’t one prove they’re a citizen when they register to vote?

Copy You: ”I don’t have anything else to add other than conjecture.”

Yawn, I did, however your stupid apples to iPads comparison is beyond ridiculous. If you don’t understand my answer, go take a civics/government class at a community college and come back.

So, what has happened to presidents since online media has been a thing? Copy.

Showing a picture ID to buy a gun? Absolutely. To vote? No, there are different ways to authenticate one’s self.
-
Probably because one is purchasing an item that can possibly kill or injure another human being? It is also regulated by federal law, unlike voting. It’s just very interesting that states wanting to require the voting ID requirement are the same states that had an highly contest election this past one. People like Matt Gaetz want voters IDs checked, just not from underaged girls he allegedly banged 😂

I guess I don’t understand how Oregon had done mail in voting for presidential elections since 2000, not having to have someone show an ID, to cast said ballot, yet states that have Conservative leadership are losing their minds over it? Why is asking someone to verify their birthday, last four of their SSAN, address, and sign their signature on file (when one got a state driver’s license) not acceptable to cast a ballot but showing an ID? Because that’s everything Colorado just asked me to mail in my vote.

Commanders are dropping like flies this year
Sua Sponte replied to MDDieselPilot's topic in General Discussion
I was in a community that knew what airfield they were landing at, so he wasn’t part of mine. Of course United announced yesterday they’re hiring like mad so his timing is impeccable to play the sport of kings. -

So, are you a textualist, originalist, or living constitutionalist?

In bizarre legal strategy news... “Such characterizations of the allegedly defamatory statements further support Defendants’ position that reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process.” https://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/3-22-21-sidney-powell-defending-the-republic-motion-to-dismiss-dominion.pdf https://www.abajournal.com/news/article/sidney-powell-lawyers-argue-no-reasonable-person-would-have-accepted-her-stolen-election-claims-as-fact
