iPhone app. iPhone 6S. On main page where it shows all of the different threads I can see pictures. When I go into each thread the pictures won’t come up. Any thoughts? Edit: 500th post!!!!!!

Same. Excel. And you can create master tabs for each airline because they all do hours break down a little different. Once you set up different tabs then input becomes easy because the tabs will automatically format for each airline that you set up. A little of a bear in the beginning but give yourself a few months and it will be easy. If you only have mil records then I recommend sending them off to a cheap ocr service that will input it into excel for really cheap then you can modify as you see fit.

IMHO the best way to get a unit to push an age waiver package is for them to pick you in the first place. And for that to happen, they really need to know you. Not just a random package arriving in the mail. You really have to invest time and money hanging out with the squadron and getting to know them and them to know you for a unit wanting to stick their neck out for the waiver. They have to consciously decide that a 30 yr old is a better option than the 22 yr old. And if you guys look the same on paper, the unit will absolutely choose the younger option. Just my guess.

And all of the people in the room that had been here at least 3 years felt completely the opposite. I’m sure there are LtCols and Cols that get it. But the one I heard from didn’t have perspective. Pilot got a silver star. Hell of a good dude. The AF, as I was told, covered this up. And wouldn’t accept that a WW almost shot down a buff. Based on hearing the AC’s story in person, I don’t believe they were shooting at something else or that anything else was close by. Not insinuating that they intentionally shot at it. But they shot at what they thought was the bad guy which turned out to be the good guys. There are some pictures on the inter web of the aircraft. Amazing it made it back.

When asked point blank about these issues when not prepared for them his answer is you all signed up and are volunteers. Whatever the Air Force chooses to do with you, you should accept even if it flys in the face of what was previously promised to you. It is mission first for him at every cost. And his mission is clearly stated that it’s not the people behind accomplishing the mission. He is a tard. He is part of what’s wrong with Air Force leadership and the air force’s quest to burn itself down. And he is at the helm.

Fingers Goldfien is a douche. This is his idea garunteed to fix the problem. Don’t keep promises. Change the rules. Keep people beyond what they agreed to and when they don’t agree to an adsc then give them 365’s because they have identified as not wanting to continue in this military. It’s shameful. This military is burning itself to the ground.

Can you give up a rank? Like you are a LtCol active duty and want to be a major in the guard or reserves? Anything like un-promotion voluntarily?

For the guys who commute on here, it’s nice to see how many days you worked on reserve or on your line. But how many days did that have you away from home? That’s my metric.
